I am sure there is a way to break that time walk. Taking an extra turn is super. There has to be a way to make it work. vigilance.dec? Or maybe a combo deck.
You could put it on Panoptic Mirror and kind of stasis yourself, but have all the turns. You should win at that point.

I am looking for Date Stamped promos from Khans of Tarkir block so I can finish my set. Check my wants if you have any.
Currently offering 2 non-foil Kolighan's Command for a Date Stamped foil!
Considering it's a set that uses untap tricks and we have Seedborn Muse, Merrow Commerce... it's more useful than most "skip a turn" type cards we've seen.
lol your kidding right? using Muse of those is more costly than Walk the Aeons well apperently this doesn't work, oh well nothing lost, nothing gained. Commerce is one less with heavy constraints in order to make it effective. The best part of this card is playing an extra land with cantrip.
The best part of this card is playing an extra land with catnip.
I think you mean "cantrip."
But yes, it's blue land acceleration by itself. With Jace or Garruk, it's stupid good. It also helps with Ancestral Vision or Riftwing Cloudskate.
Limited chaff, except the Time Walk varient which is pretty good in the right constructed deck. As for the 3/3 for GGG with haste and wither and Goblin type and Warrior type..... what happened to Trained Armodon? VERY good card! Will be played in gruul decks as well as monogreen and monored!
Safehold Sentry is going to be one of those cards you have to watch for in Limited, where you can get caught by surprise from being to used to ignoring your opponent's tapped creatures when attacking.
Ooh, Savor the Moment is a really nice Johnny-card, and I wouldn't be surprised if somebody found a way to break it well enough to make it a Spike card. After all, it already has one thing going for it, which is a decently low mana cost for a potentially powerful effect.

- Chuck Norris counted to infinity twice—because he was trying to count how much damage Jon Finkel deals in an average game.
- Jon Finkel believes in maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. He gets all his fiber from eating Magic cards for breakfast, and all his protein from eating Magic players for lunch.
Nice to have confirmation of the hybrids from Nocturnus's threads.
Runes of the Deus- much more expensive than the others, but with double strike it's understandable, 4th turn Rumbling Slum 5th turn Runes of the Deus attack with a 7/7 trampling doublestriker seems pretty cool for casual.
Safehold Sentry- Nice bear 2/2 mono white elf warrior which can attack for 2 early game and then mid-late game attack for 2 with the ability to untap as a 2/4 if blocked and to block as a 2/4. Solid for limited, doubtful elsewhere.
Savor the Moment- The no untap clause works nice to stop it being broken, early game it's at best a 3 mana sorcery which draws you an extra card. mid-late game it's obviously a lot better. There should be a way to break it but I can't think of one of the top of my head and it'll probably require to many cards to be effective.
Wow, mark my words, Savor the Moment is good... really, really friggin good. It's a card that allows you to win the game for 3. Just what faeries needed >.>.
I'm frankly surprised that Kulrath Knight is not a rare. For whatever reason cards that don't seem to be worthy to be rare or are just a little over the curve are rare. Altho' it is more of a limited card IMO and a great one by the way.
Zendikar = Mirrodin/Urza reborn, just with more money rares and mythic bull ****. I hope to god we get another Masques block after this, jumping man on a ****ing pogo stick.

The card was already revealed. Failure to read the thread = spam warning. Also, failure to be funny.
Every set there's a card where everyone says "It would be great if you could keep it in play until your next turn..." Well, Savor the Moment lets that happen. For example, it means that you get the first tutor out of Maralen. Mana acceleration + Maralen and Savor the Moment means you can set up Maralen, tutor up a Shroud-giving aura, and keep your tutor engine going. But it's kind of card-intensive.

They call me Hadoken 'cause I'm down-right fierce.
That's the first thought I had when I saw it. Then again, I'm not sure I -need- it to win...
but what the heck, why not?
Also, since they revealed the Prerelease mats, I've wanted to know what the card on it was. Now I found out it's a totally freaking awesome Elemental knight.
As others have noted, savor is crazy in suspend.dec. As well as the world purge card. Suspend makes a comeback? turn 2 cloudskate into turn 3 savor = win
savor the moment doesn't need to comboed with anything. its a good card . as noted earlier, its great with planeswalkers. i think this is a chase rare for sure. just an observation but i beleive we got thoughseize spoiled about this time back during lorwyn previews. we already have the makings of a possible counter burn deck (though counter is looking kinda week right now). this plus chandra? thats an extra card/extra land drow/and extra counter on planeswalker. this is good. i certainly wouldn't mind drawing one of these in a tempo control deck.
Savour the Moment is a really well designed card.
On the one hand you get a landdrop and a card for 1UU (so it replaces itself), that's pretty much worthwile on its own since blue doesn't really get accelerate cards that replace themselves.
Except that the lands you used to cast Savour the moment with, won't untap... therefor you will probably not have the mana to play a counterspell during your opponents next turn.
That's already makes it a tricky card to play, but fun... on top of that, there are many tap and untap mechanics in the block.
It is so much more intricate then previous spells that give you another turn... and yet the effect is such a simple change to the normal 'extra turn' spells. Hats off for wizards.
You could put it on Panoptic Mirror and kind of stasis yourself, but have all the turns. You should win at that point.

I see you get an upkeep... a card draw, two main phases, a combat phase... and an end of turn step, all for 3 mana...
Not quite really a full turn, but it sounds like it has potential.
Kullrath Knight is insane because it shuts down ALL creatures with ANY counters on them... that includes +1/+1 counters, etc.
That creature sounds like it could combo bigtime, maybe even in standard...
and.... Savor the Moment + Seedborn Muse? Nice.

Bombo? Seedborn Muse untaps your guys during your opponent's turn.
Which arguably most would definitely pay 3 mana for.

this is very beast in merfolk decks as with a commerce it is essentially time walk.
the 3/3 haste/wither goblins are pretty cool as well imho

Even so, that's Blue land accel on turn three, which I'm sure is somewhat usable. I'm sure someone will find a combo for it.

Machius proudly supports R_E's right to Rumour!
As land acceleration goes, it's quite a bit weaker than Sky Diamond, which was (almost) never constructed playable.
I'm not saying the card is crap - just that at present, no use for it is visible.
Sky Diamond in constructed? That was a long time ago.
Mana excellerators like Prismatic Lens, Mind Stone, and the signets have always been heavily played in blue control decks.
Extra land drop, card, suspend counter, attack phase, this is a fine card.
That's the first thought I had when I saw it. Then again, I'm not sure I -need- it to win...
