Still working on this one from an optimization point of view. But I thought I'd share what I have so far and some of the themes of this deck.
Themes of this Deck:
1) Big Tokens are better than Small: Typical token decks take advantage of swarm strategies to overwhelm opponents with sheer numbers. This deck is capable of that, but takes advantage of the fact that green and white have lots of token generators that create large tokens rather than small. That doesn't mean we aren't interested in playing Avenger of Zendikar, but we also have a number of 4/4 Angel generators that we're also looking to exploit.
2) Land Ramp and Landfall: Green does this naturally well, and this deck takes full advantage with a large number of ramp effects combined with some powerful landfall cards.
3) Land Utility: Green has great land search and this deck takes advantage of that. There are plenty of great utility lands that serve to defend your life total, create tokens, or better board position.
4) Wrath Effects: This deck isn't shy about dumping everyone's creatures into the graveyard or at the bottom of the library. We're less concerned about that since our creatures tend to get back into play more easily, especially with a Kjeldoran Outpost or Phyrexian Processor in play.
Trostani + doubling season + ajani goldmane lets you instant ultimate ajani making life total sized tokens both equal to 4x the life you started with. One of the most broken plays I've seen the deck make.

Would you say this deck is largely reliant on its commander to seal the deal?
No. She's great to get into play and abuse, but really this deck wins with ridiculous card advantage either through the sweepers or recurring token generation. Kazandu Tuskcaller is pretty insane, especially when combined with Seedborn Muse. You could just as easily swap in Rhys as the general if you wanted to and the deck wouldn't play all that differently.
I like the Ajani idea jmdt. I'll find a slot for him. Any suggestions on what to cut?

Yeah I have done that combo before except I had Rhox Faithmender in play and I populated the token immediately....it was a life gain of like 500 and had like 4 500/500 dudes
