Edit 2/3/12: Made a large update to the decklist and removed the want list, since I got all the cards that were on it
Other than wargate, i don't really see much that you can use to abuse serra's sanctum with. If you really want to use it, blue or white sun zenith could be nice. Live the dream and cast blue sun's zenith for a truckload with an active ascension on the field.
Replenish only costs 670% more than Open the vaults , not the 1000% you say it is and is only 66% the cmc as well. /end math. (SCG as source)
To the OP: Me and another user should soon be coming out with an enchantment based primer, so read that when we do, also look up blackjacks "how to build" primer. Its good stuff.
My main suggestion is argothian enchantress. Otherwise I'm not sure what you want to do. My phelddagrif deck is an enchantress deck so you can look at that for ideas.
Are you trying to be pure enchantress? Combo? Use enchantress engine to draw? This will affect suggestions.
@bfellow Replenish is a card I meant to put on my want list, would you replace open the vaults for it or run both?
@Macius, thanks i will be sure to look for it
@anancientlich Serra Avatar, is really strong but I am not going for life gain so I probably won't use it
@A.D.D Hahaha I could see where Cloud Cover might not help as much since I am using auras, maybe I should try Asceticism for hexproof instead, or replace it with finest hour. I might avoid the time warp or at least be able to side it out because in the group I play with we tend to do two-headed giant, or three/four-headed, games often and extra turns just seem to kill any game they come up in. They are really powerful though. I will go ahead and switch snake umbra for the boots and thanks again for testing the deck out, glad it doesn't play all that badly.
@WeaponX argothian enchantress is on my want list since I don't have anyone to trade for it and I can't afford her at the moment. I am trying to go enchantress for draw engine and protection and then use auras to help me finish the game.
Retether, three dreams... Probably the main cards I will suggest then. This will allow you to play more pacifism effects (Pariah to me is must) as you would then have a spell that can get 3 removal spells, pump, whatever you need. They also work well with the enchantress plan. Whenever G/W are involved I feel auratog/rancor should be mentioned as well. Not something that has to be played but can be interesting. The final card I will mention is words of wind. Enchantress can out permanent people fast and this can give you a way to clear all opponents boards while not running out of gas. A brainstorm can save your permanents at instant speed. Almost forgot, empiryal armor/Ancestral mask for quicker wins. Aura shards as you make tokens. Hope this helps.

------------------- Keep Abiding or Get Mangled ------------------
To remove: Dowsing Shaman - He costs 8 mana to recur a single enchantment, and he has to make it all the way around the table. Femeref Enchantress - You're not saccing off enchantments, so she serves mainly as a deterrent to other players. There are better deterrents available. Mistmeadow Witch - Blinking your creatures has antisynergy with your gameplan of aura beats, and you only have 3 etb creatures. She's not worth it just as a defensive measure. Vernal Equinox - While the effect isn't bad, there are two other cards in color at the same CMC that give you an improved version of it without benefiting your opponents.
Possibly some of the enchantments? A lot of that depends on how and who you play. I'd question Island Sanctuary and Shimmering Wings, then go from there.
To add: Ancestral Mask - Turning any creature on the field, including your evasive commander, into a high power beater is a beautiful thing. Leyline of Anticipation/Vedalken Orrery - The better version of Equinox. If you want this effect, Orrery is more powerful and easier on the colors, while Leyline is an enchantment. Winds of Rath - Arguably one of the best wraths for an aura based deck. Auras are unpopular enough that this will generally be one sided. Stony Silence/Null Rod - Seeing as you're running very artifact light, these can shut down opposing ramp and equips with almost no downside. Karmic Justice/Martyr's Bond - Better deterrents than Femeref. Sacred Mesa - Great wincon, great mana sink. Ground Seal/Night Soil - GY hate. You currently don't have any, and GY strategies are very powerful. Having at least one bullet to tutor up can change the game. Humility - This shuts down your enchantresses and plays a little rough against equipment, but following this up with auras can lead to you outclassing your opponent's creatures very quickly.
I don't mind Cloud Cover. It seems like a reasonable way to protect your enchantments. I don't have any experience with it, as my enchantress deck is GW (the Jasmine deck in my sig). Other than that, I think most of the other suggestions so far are solid ones.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
@WeaponX and @Weebo thanks for the awesome suggestions.
I will have to make room for three dreams and Pariah both seem like a lot of fun.
I'm hoping on using Island Sanctuary as a pretty good defense against a lot of the aggro generals in my meta and Shimmering Wings was for card draw if I had enchantress out or for a lot of angels with sigil of the empty throne but Flickering ward is just better so I will drop that one for something else.
As for graveyard hate I'm torn both Ground Seal and Night Soil are good but it's a tough choice. I am leaning toward Night Soil so I can still mess with my graveyard but I am not sure what to take out for it.
Humility seems like it has a lot of uses but their are a lot of people in my meta that use a lot of aura's equipment and +1/+1 counters so I am going to pass on it.
I was also playing with the idea of switching swiftfoot boots for shield of the oversoul to be more on theme, thoughts.
Also last night I was able to trade for a Serra's Sanctum so I am considering looking at cards to get it from my deck more often. Other than crop rotation what are some good cards to fetch non-basic land
I like the idea of using Knight of the Reliquary, I'll have to see if I can get my hands on one and Tolaria West would be a good include as well
It's hard to doubt the power of Primeval Titan I might see if I can fit him in as well
@Metashdw, I am not real fond of infinite combos anymore, especially ones that involve the general. I used to have a Sharuum the Hegemon deck and it got old quick. Plus there is a Jenara in my meta already
I've made a large update to the decklist, and this has become one of my favorites to play. And I could not have made it with out all the help from you guys
Let me know if you have any other suggestions for the deck.
Bruna, Light of Alabaster and Sigarda, Host of Herons would be sick in this deck. Bruna for obvious reasons, and Sigarda because with all the hexproof and shroud your enchantments have, saccing prevention would be huge. Also I would recommend Asceticism.
Opal Acrolith allows for the 'hidden' effect like above, but you can switch to Enchantment at anytime to prevent a wrath on it, or gain another enchantment at instant speed.

540 Peasant cube- Gold EditionSomething Spicydrift of phantasms is rather good. Tutors for enchantress, o-ring, wargate, the zeniths, etc.
Cloud Cover is really cool but its got some anti-synergy with the deck, bouncing enchanted creatures is bad
only thoughts atm, ill take it for run on Cockatrice

I will also go ahead and take out Auramancer's Guise for Ancestral mask and Shimmering Wings for Empyrial Armor
Also the Auratog / rancor combo is pretty funny I'll have to see if I can make some room for it.
Vernal Equinox will come out for Leyline of Anticipation so I don't help my opposition.
Dowsing Shaman is a little slow so I will pull him out for Sacred Mesa since that can give me more board presence
Mistmeadow Witch's ability is pretty expensive so I think I will swap it for more protection with Karmic Justice
I'll leave Femeref Enchantress in for now as a place holder for Argothian Enchantress
Cloud Cover seems nice but I like the idea of shutting off artifacts more so I will take it out for Stony Silence
I will also take out wrath of god for Winds of Rath since it can be a more one sided sweeper
As for graveyard hate I'm torn both Ground Seal and Night Soil are good but it's a tough choice. I am leaning toward Night Soil so I can still mess with my graveyard but I am not sure what to take out for it.

Celestial Ancient at all times.
I bet your lady would like an Enchanted Evening? And like diamonds, Greater Auramancy is her best friend.
Cheap, they count as playing enchantment spells, but then turn into creatures, the 'hidden' and 'opal' enchantments are a good thing to peruse:
Opal Acrolith allows for the 'hidden' effect like above, but you can switch to Enchantment at anytime to prevent a wrath on it, or gain another enchantment at instant speed.
Opalescence = March of the Machines for enchantments.
Don't really know where you are with this deck or how you really play with it so I thought I'd make a helpful list.
