I have been out of Legacy for 2 years now as I was working and traveling around the world. What has changed in the last 2 years? What cards are now worth a ton? What cards that used to be worth a bundle are now cheap? Im trying to decide to jump in again or to just sell all my cards, including all my duals, ect and call it good. Please help.

Current Fallen Angel (Anson Maddocks art) Count:449!!!
The Flying 3/2 for U is Delver of Secrets, and Tempo Thresh is popular again.
Show and Tell-based decks have been strengthened with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Griselbrand. Sneak Show is popular again. Hive Mind was very good during the Mental Misstep era, but has sort of faded to the background (though it's still pretty decent, Tempo Thresh sort of rips it a new one with Stifle).
Land Tax is unbanned, and Mental Misstep is banned. Land Tax hasn't been making significant appearances so far (all those decks that can run on 1 land and all those combo decks that ignore basic lands in hands).
The top TIER deck's, are RUG, Stoneblade (More Esperblade than U/W anymore) & Maverick
Other close to top tier decks are Dredge, Reanimator, Sneak & Show
Belcher is a deck to be respected now, and has done everything but get a 1st place at this point, including some top 8/16's with a 15 island sideboard.
Zoo is basically not a deck anymore, it has no disruption and it's just not fast enough, as crazy as that sounds, merfolk was in "hibernation" but suddenly it's back, merfolk, goblins, elves have gotten a boost from "cavern of souls" (Yes they printed this card this good ^.^)
- Dual lands have steadily increased, but that's to be expected.
- Lion's Eye Diamond is now a $60 card, which is amazing to me.
- They continued the "too good two drop" cycle (Dark Confidant, Tarmogoyf, Stoneforge Mystic) with Snapcaster Mage.
- Modern was announced as a format. It didn't kill Legacy like some thought it would, but it caused a price increase in cards that both formats use (Mutavault, Vendilion Clique, etc)
- You missed the entire Mental Misstep summer, where the format stagnated to UW Stoneblade vs NO RUG (and Reanimator and Hive Mind poking their heads in every now and then). AEther Vial strategies, Elves, Storm, High Tide all but disappeared.

I would add Elves and Storm in there as well, they have both been placing well recently and Storm won GP Ghent
Merfolk also, got a new lord that is a one sided Lord Of Atlantis

CounterTop is sneaking back in with a new board wipe called Terminus. This should fix its match-ups a bit against decks packing the new Cavern of Souls (Goblins now especially rips it a new one with Vial, Lackey, and Cavern combined).
Maverick also plays Cavern. Yeah, uncounterable hate bears are great against combo.
Im suprised nobody mentioned how Legacy became the fast growing and most played format now. The meta is healthy that you won't know which will top a tournament. I suggest keep the duals. The prices on those won't go anywhere but up.

Not sure what you mean, Standard is by far and away the most popular format (not that I'm happy about this, but still a fact).
Actually, I ask all these questions because I am getting out of magic. Selling all my cards including my dual lands. I don't know what to say, I used to dream about magic. Not any more. While I was gone from America I had zero chance to play Legacy and international travel filled the hole that Legacy once filled. I dunno, something about circumnavigating the earth is just awesome -- It stays with you.
Of course I could keep the cards, in a little box in my closet but then Id be the kind of person I used to despise. The guy who keeps all his needed staples to him self when he does not even play the game anymore. So I'll sell them off and visit 5-8 extra countries. win-win right? West Africa and Central/South Asia here I come. :p:p

Yeah you're right. Lol. I got a little too excited there. Lets just say its a runner up, second to standard. I am just glad my LGS has finally a stable legacy crowd.

You're doing the kind of thing I wish I could, if not for being tidally locked. In time..
I suggest, if you plan to continue traveling, to stick to two or so formats and keep your collection moderately up to date for them. Legacy and EDH come to mind as formats that are playable around the globe and don't change dramatically over the course of a few months.
But yeah, a lot of older "playable but no home" cards shot up as players found "new" toys for their legacy decks. It's kind of a fun lottery seeing which cards will rise and which will fall.
