You know that repercussion deck I listed on the first page? Last time I looked I tihnk that deck is under 35.00 total. I think.
Otherwise to help your problem, if you play mono black, I would check out the first post about black. Tich a forum user on the wizard boards is the ultimate MP black player. I think you should check that post out.
The main reason I push you to check that out, is because his decks and many who have made deck in his guides judgement are actually very very cheap on the wallet. With Planeswalkers, its a tough hill to fight up but if you can over power them with loss of life and sacrificing permanents (which black can do very easy). cards like PoxSmallpox, Curse of the Cabal.
Despite their power, their allure, and their end result nothing changes with Planeswalkers, they are still slow cards, all of them. They give you a few turns to try and deal with them. Alot of those cards above, don't.
Aside from that lets check out a few black cards that can hate on Planeswalkers because creatures are fleas to Black players. They are a meer pile of crap that just need but to be kicked aside What I am trying to say is creatures are not usually something black worries about. Anyway..
Æther Snap
A 30 cent card that can Destroy all planeswalkers.
Theres another way to paly multiplayer, don't know the name but everyone puts their names in a hat. Everyone picks a name (you can't have your own name). That player is your target. When you kill your target you take his target and keep playing. The player with the most dead targets wins.
EX:
Player A has Player B
Player B has Player C
Player C has Player D
Player D has Player E
Player E has Player A
A kills B then takes his target. Now B is out and A tries to kill C.
A kills C and takes his target. Now B and C are out, A tries to kill D.
E kills A and takes his target. B, C and A are out, E tries to kill D.
D kills E. A has got target B and C. B and C have nothing. E has A and D has E.
A: 2 pts
B: 0 pts
C: 0 pts
D: 1 pt
E: 1 pt
A wins.
You can also give extra points for the last player alive or for who killed the one with most kills or even a few points for 2nd last person alive or first to die. Up to the group.

I think that might be:
Assassins
4+ Players
Each player writes his or her name on a piece of paper and puts the piece of paper in a hat. After all names have been collected, each player chooses a piece of paper from the hat at random and keeps it. This is your "mark". If at any time a player picks his or her own name, the player puts their piece of paper back in the hat and redraws until that player gets a piece of paper that does not have their name on it. This continues until all pieces of paper are taken. Now, each player has an opponents name and an opponent has your name. Players keep their picks secret, and do not reveal who they picked. When you kill an opponent, you receive their piece of paper, again not showing anyone else. The goal of Assassins is to destroy/win against the person whose name you have and the person who has your name. If your mark was killed by someone else, your new mark is the person who killed your mark. Once you have your name and have killed your mark/the person who killed your mark, you announce that you are the winner and reveal your pieces of paper. Gameplay operates the same as in a Chaos game. The more players the better for this format.
I found that on the wizards boards faq, where I got some of my own info. I have never seen this anyhere from official wizards articles but I think it sounds great. I'll add the other variants from that faq.
In my usual group, we have 5 people. Two of them run extremely expensive planeswalker control decks, while the other two are less experienced and run timmy aggro decks. I play really cheap control decks / midrange aggro decks.
The problem here is that the two with the extremely expensive decks are, well, extremely expensive. My meta is control heavy, and I keep losing because, well, of sheer lack of money. Example: I'm playing mono-black control, no damnations or anything. He's playing RBW Riddlebox control. "I Ajani all your lands." See what I'm talking about?
Of course, I could always pw hate, but that's not fair. Instead, I want to build a good control deck that can take the matchup, for a fair price. It's not fair that I get beat in the face with a JTMS that I can't afford and yet lose games to.
If Jace TMS is a problem you could look into getting some little jaces. They work great for politics.
For the The black deck you will soon be able to go Nighhawk/Fleshbag/Hexmage and
The new Vault
Ruin Flare trap decks work good in multiplayer also. Just don't let them know you're playing it. The howling mine effects should stop people from attacking you till you get set up to start taking infinite turns. Also
Cool Cool. Tonight I'll put up my hive mind deck. It needs help for balacing. I do not run the pacts with it. I basically tried to make a Hive Mind deck in today's magic if there were no pacts. It makes the deck much more challenging and fun.
The point of the deck is to abuse hive mind greatly of course.
However with this new Molten Pysche card, I am thinking maybe I can change somethings up, possibly ditch the white aspect because the only reason it is there is for protection. Energy Field + Wheel of Sun and Moon create a lock to where I can't take damage.
But I do have lots of other ways to with artifacts in my collection to try and lock down the board, but then again, the reason I have that lock down is not really for creatures, but for the many copies that hurt all "players" or "opponents" and though it needs metal craft to "Sudden Impact" everyone, I know I can hit metal craft, and if there is even One other person on the board that can generate metal craft it is over. The major is issue though is, it works best when there are more players, but when there are more players more people target me right away before I can get the lock in.
I have experimented with so many kill conditions and they all work Paradigm Shift + card draw, Steam Blast, even Mass Polymorph sucks the life from the decks, WHEN i can get it going.

I dunno man, that seems like a step in the other direction. Granted I could cut red in that case, but I already bought so many cards for this deck. I just hate buying cards that would force me in another direction but then leave the other cards to rot (I hate waste cards basically)
Are there any mana producers that give White/Red/Blue mana on the same stick?
i am so stupid. i thought ignot was colorless >_< wow.. I need to wake up LOL
Thanks for that suggestion, that might actually do it!
Hmm, the epic spell, the more I read into it, the more I am starting to have faith. I guess I am just scared someone might search for an answer to the lock like disk, or something.
I've got a Mind Over Matter and Temple Bell combo deck that I use for multilpayer that's pretty sweet- I don't have the list on me currently, but It's basically just 4 copies of each of those cards, mana ramp, card draw, and permission, and a single copy of Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Evacuation is something that I'd like to add in but I don't own any yet. It's a bit of a one trick pony though- you'll win the first game you play with it, because the whole table will be like "Yeah I'm not so worried about the weird U/G counterspell deck in the corner..." and you'll be drawing cards for the table to boot. As soon as you drop Mind Over Matter though, it's game over, and everyone will be gunning for you next time.

My decks tend to be geared toward one-on-one games, so they were pretty weak in multiplayer settings. So I made this deck!
The Megrim + Burning Inquiry combo is pretty silly... but I feel like it gives opponents enough opportunities to respond, so I don't really mind including it in the deck.
I would add some artifact mana providers and Death Cloud and if you can Pox
What do people think of Lich's Mirror in multiplayer? It seems like it would have its uses politically. I.E. I'm not going to attack him, he only has one land out right now!
I agree with your assessments, black/red megrim decks.
My suggestions to start would be focus. FOCUS! The one thing that can hurt MP decks is that the decks need to have a unified goal unless the format has everyone else in the same pool (edh/cube ect).
So I would push more towards your win condition. There are many cards that can do this and do it extremely well..
And of course Mind Slicer if this guy is out, with megrims, people really think really really close about what they do. Because yes on one hand you could be the one they blame for having it but the table might not like the guy who kills it
Anvil of Bogardan
[card]Geth's Grimoire[/car]d Not really in character with your deck but certain can keep something going. Memory Jar allows you do replenish there hand to just wreck it right after
So there are a lot of ways to go. The biggest challange I have scene with discard decks is, trying to keep people's hands replenished to have something to discard to trigger damage in the first place.
What do people think of Lich's Mirror in multiplayer? It seems like it would have its uses politically. I.E. I'm not going to attack him, he only has one land out right now!
I think its a fine card, might be futile in multiplayer though. Since you start from almost nothing I know I would smack that person I'm pretty cutthroat though.
Ohh I know just the card for the discard deck. Painful Quandry
Hmm, I keep forgetting a lot of these scars cards. This could prove very powerful. If you can get two out, I think it can be extremely daunting. One out might still leave confidence but if you can keep hitting them hard through out the game, it seems pretty solid. I really wish you gained life if they lost life. It just seems like its missing that. But its worth the shot. I think it can be a contender.
Exsanguinate should probably go in this deck though, just because it could easily keep you alive long enough to get your setup going or be used to finish off a few people at a time.
Hrm
Exsanguinate vs. Death Cloud is hard however Recoup almost pushes death cloud to broken (pitch recop, flash it back next turn to wipe the field again.)

Æther Snap
A 30 cent card that can Destroy all planeswalkers.
Vampire Hexmage
A simpler version.
Pithing Needle another hoser.
These are all very cheap ways to stop the walkers. Do you have a deck list of what you run?

Esper Control has the best game against P.W. based decks.
You get Pithing needle, Lodestone golem and Sourglass You can run a large amount of counters also.
If Jace TMS is a problem you could look into getting some little jaces. They work great for politics.

I nominate Mind's Eye, Rystic Study and Fleshbag Marauder.

PS...definitely need a multiplayer forum. I love making multiplayer decks.
Sorry I cannot wait.

I didn't know that card existed I think that this [CARD]
Chains of Mephistopheles[/CARD] will be epic in both our decks.
Ohhhhhh!!! I have an idea. Eternal Dominion or Enduring Ideal Through Hive mind. Enduring Ideal can even tutor it up. Then you can search out paradox haze and Dovescape.

Fixers Manamorphose Prophetic Prism Chromatic Sphere/star
I would cut Vision Skeins to put Enduring in. No one can win if you pull it off.

Whats sweeter then making 99million doves?
