That's the basics of the deck. I used to have a classic Orzhov Kontrol deck, but like I said, wanted something different. So please no Unmake, Vindicate or, Mortify suggestions, unless you have a fine reason to go with it.
Lets look at the card choices :
Teysa, Orzhov Scion - She is what the deck is built around, she is stupid strong and rife for abuse. The ability to replicate tokens is just intense, add in a way to make all tokens Black, and you have yourself some Shenanigans.
Braids, Cabal Minion - I want to put her in another deck, but she seems too good for this deck to not auto include her. She either holds down the creatures or once they're gone, starts nailing lands. Once my little 2 card combo is online, she does it all at no lose to me.
Plagued Rasulka - Really just a sac outlet, with an added bonus of being able to nerf cretures.
Thoughtpicker Witch - Another sac outlet but this time it comes with a win con. Yes I said a win con. Nothing like being able to mill out any number of people at instant speed.
Carrion Feeder - Another random ass sac outlet, but in the form of an infinitely large creature. (That can't block, lol. Maybe it should be something more like Nantuko Husk?)
Liliana Vess - Why, because I can. I have so many I can't help myself but to add her. Also she acts as Diabolic Tutor 5-6.
Darkest Hour - The number 2 card in the deck. This allows me to do stupidly silly things with Teysa, Orzhov Scion. I know it should be Painter's Servant, but I currently don't own one. As soon as I just them this will get torn out.
Mind Slash - Another random sac outlet, this time in the form of hand control.
Diabolic Tutor - Bleh, jank. I have all my other tutors tied up in other decks right now, so this is the best I have at the moment.
Allay - The only thing this deck can't deal with are Enchantments, I look to alleviate that in the form of Enchantment hate, with Buyback.
Well what do you think?
Is there room for improvement? If so let me know, I am always up to hear it.
Skeletal Vampire serves as control finisher, sac outlet, and token producer all in one card. The fact that you sacrifice bats to use his abilities is nuts with Teysa, plus just having him out will give you fodder for all your other sacrifice spells. On top of that, he's extremely hard to kill, and win games all by himself (I won a game drawing 5 non-lands and about 14-18 land cards, one of the five being this guy). Again, he's cheap right now, came with that Liliana vs Garruk deck that you probably bought, and is all in all a pretty great card.
EDIT: Looking longer at your list, it seems to me you want some more token making, since you basically don't have any cards that give you two or three creatures at a time. That is, you'll be sacrificing actual creatures on cards rather than "worthless" tokens until you get Teysa out, and even then you'll be a little more effective if you can avoid pitching your Carrion Feeder, Rusalka, Thoughtpicker Witch, etc. Look into the Eldrazi Spawns when they come out (the one that makes spawns when something goes to your graveyard will probably be more nuts than you can imagine once it comes out) but in the meantime Marsh Flitter, Bitterblossom (if you have money), Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, and other cards like that will also give you a steady stream of little dudes to sacrifice.
Well kind of, for an infinite removal engine it needs to be Painter's Servant, because Darkest Hour makes everything Black, where Painter's Servant would make everything Black in addition to their other colors. You see? But with Plague Rusalka, you can give stuff -1/-1 all day long, and you only need 1 creature for that.

Skeletal Vampire is way good, but I don't really think he is needed here, do you? Honestly I think he is just too high on the curve, and a little redundant. He is a perfect card for a more controlling deck though I give you that. I ran him in my Orzhov Kontrol deck and he was amazing.
I think I need some kind of token producer though, what are your feelings on Sacred Mesa?

Yes I will definitely throw some Spawn token producers in, seems to be the best option. But Marsh Flitters for now.
You'll need more white to support Sacred Mesa imo. Keep in mind that you really need 2WW to start getting a profit out of it, and double white won't be something you can count on with only 8 white sources (4 that CIPT). In my edit (awkwardly posted right after your post) I left some black suggestions for you and I guess Skeletal Vampire is a little slow, but I'd at least test him out? For me? Bitterblossom is expensive but if you can get it, it really is your best bet I'd say.

Your right about Sacred Mesa, it's sad too, because I think it would be really good.
I think Marsh Flitter sounds descent, I don't know, I guess until I get some Painter's Servant it really doesn't matter, I only need +1 Creature to start comboing out, right?
you'd win the moment you have a altar + teysa + a creature + darkest hour
the number of creatures wouldnt matter at all because for instance you can have your plagued rusalka and sacrifice itself and then it would run a continuous combo with teysa, altar, darkest hour

But really does it matter though? You are just substituting one card for another. I can already do this with Phyrexian Altar, with the added bonus of being able to combo out with other cards.
well looking at your deck, theres 2 possible ways to win
-decking
-carrion feeder
In order to pull off decking you'd need
-Phyrexian altar
-Teysa
-Darkest hour
-2 creatures (Thoughtpicker, random)
you'd need 2 because Phyrexian needs to sac one to generate one mana for thoughtpicker. Now idk about you but that one creature difference can mean the game, especially if you are playing against MUC or something along the lines of that
the altar of dementia build requres one creature as oppose to two
Most of the time this probably wouldnt matter, both builds essentially do the same thing its just i'm pointing out that one creature can indeed make the difference. Of course you can just screw decking all together and go carrion feeder but decking is just SO much more fun

Oh I agree that there is a difference technically, but I mean I am running 20 creatures it really shouldn't be too hard to get 2 creatures down, especially considering their CMC tops out at 4.
BTW I am with you on the fact that decking is WAY COOLER. I would just rather do it with the Witch.
But you know what's cooler then decking someone? Make them scoop because they finally realized that they will never be allowed to draw anything but lands the rest of the game.
you have a cruel streak. I wouldn't be surprised if ppl stop playing with you for that reason
LOL, you have no idea.
But I am a nice guy and people like me (totally lying). No one in my play group would quit playing with me, stuff like this drives them to make better decks.
then you have one hell of a playgroup, our playgroup has to play easy or with crappy cards till we know they will stay for sure and then start screwing with them with combos like yours
But I am a nice guy and people like me (totally lying). No one in my play group would quit playing with me, stuff like this drives them to make better decks.
And that is how the fun starts.
You know what I mean?
We should meet up and go drinking together.
And I definitely know what you mean. I have two groups of players, one I play limited with that consists of a pro player (ranked 82nd right now I think?) and his friends, then a group of Timmies. For the latter I make mono-black creatureless sac decks (especially for that one very loud mono-green player) or at least something with Pernicious Deed.
Back to your deck:
I dont see why you just don't run Witch, Altar of Dementia, and Station to varying degrees and balance out your deck. If you just run one combo, you may have trouble drawing into it. If you run a couple, especially if they pretty much overlap except for one card, it makes your deck that much more consistent since it's like running 8 copies of one of your critical game-winning pieces.
Volrath's Stronghold would be useful here. Teysa will be bolted/terminated/edicted/bounced/countered/putrified/mortified/o-ringed and so on as soon as possible by everyone in the match (well.. except you). With the stronghold you can keep replaying her.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Probably even consider going 4 Teysa, as he's critical to the deck.
Private Mod Note

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
My typical MP format is 5 total players, star-format. FFA, but you only need to eliminate your 2 non-adjacent opponents to win.

Mostly because I <3 Consistency, for one. For two, there is just so little room it makes me sick. There is alot more I would love to do in this deck, I just lack the space. Any suggestions about numbers would be very appreciated.

On this fact I can not agree with you more, it's just a lack of having them. Next time I see them I will definitely add 2. Thanks, that was a good suggestion.
Then Fallen Angel. Flying, inf/inf for 5 mana, she can block also. I like her . (Fallen ideal do the same thing but it's not so flavorful.)
On this I am going to have to disagree. Don't get me wrong I love the art on the card, it's just the fact that I am trying deperitly to keep the curve as low as possible, so I can combo out ASAP. (with the exception of Diabolic Tutor of course, and the only reason Vess is in here is because she has become my signature, and this deck can play her.) That is why Carrion Feeder is in here, and I would rather not replace a 1 cmc with a 5 cmc. You cmsee?
Hmm. Unfortunately, as regards to the combo, I can't think of anything to suggest that hasn't already been suggested (damn other people! *shakes fist*).
Righteous War - Gives teysa protection from a lot of the removal in the game, and would be useful if you throw in the Fallen Angel that has already been suggested.
See unfortunately that is not really the case. If you look at it she is immune to almost all forms of Black removal (because she is Black) and the type that will hit her it would really make a difference (Edicts anyone). As for White removal, luckily that is never really a problem in my playgroup. If it's not mass removal (which would still hit her) they generally splash another color for that.
It is a really cool card that's getting added to my memory banks. Thank you.
Grave Pact - Kills off a total of 4 creatures with teysa instead of just one, and gets around shroud/protection.
If I was running Painter's Servant this would be much more relevant. But at the moment I will never get to use that effect. But it would still be useful I guess. More of a Sideboard option IMO. Great now to work on a frickin Sideboard.
Twilight Drover - Lots of tokens! Also, one of my favourite cards.
Awesome idea but flawed within this deck. The fact that I have only 8 sources capable of producing White mana (10 if you count Phyrexian Altar) makes this card underwhelming. If it was a more trad. Orzhov deck this would own, but my mana base limits me.
Kind of, but not really, the only way I get infinite removal is with Plagued Rusalka, as I already said before Teysa's Exile effect is dead to me at the moment
Also, this kinda reminds me when I annoyed people by lucking out with a Twilight Shepherd + Momentary Blink + Path to Exile combo. However, this is obviously gonna be a lot more efficient.
Enlighten me, how does this combo work? I can't figure it out for the life of me.
It's pretty simple. Play the shepherd, then play momentary blink on it, and path to exile on the stack targeting an opponents creature. The two instants resolve and go to the grave, then the shepherd enters the battlefield, and the two instants go back to your hand. Basically, it gives the shepherd "1WW: Counter all spells on the stack targeting this creature, exile target creature + basic land thing.
I am not trying to be rude, but I believe this does not work at all.
The reason I say this is because Instants are never "In Play", they are simply on the stack.
So that means Twilight Shepard would not even check to see if they went to the grave, to be able to return them.
Basically for Twilight Shepard to do anything, Permanents need to hit the grave (i.e. Creature, Enchantment, Artifact, Planeswalker)
I don't really see how it doesn't work without painter's servant? Obviously, you can't do it infinite times, but if you could, there'd be no real need for the Grave Pact. I was seeing it as another option if you didn't get a way of turning the tokens black. At least using it, you get rid of 4 of one opponent's creatures, and 3 of all your other opponents'.
It does not work because Darkest Hour makes all creatures Black, and Black only. So even if I had 20 "White" creatures out I could never use her Exile ability, because all those creatures would be Black.
I think we've misunderstood each other slightly. I was meaning, what if you don't get your Darkest Hours? Or, as I said originally "I was seeing it as another option if you didn't get a way of turning the tokens black." It gives you another way to get creature advantage. Though, beside this, I agree that sideboard may be the best choice.
Dude it happens no biggie. Looking back on your OP, I see I was in the wrong, sorry about that.
Pretty nice. You could also look at Scavenger Drake. He'll get pretty big with your deck as it is, and even bigger when you get the Painter's Servants.
Belfry Spirit was another card I saw the other day, but, I know you were wanting to keep the curve down low.
EDIT: Also, though, it seems a bit odd to suggest: Rhys the Redeemed? He'd boost up the tokens anyway.
Scavenger Drake was a thought I had in the beginning, but once again, it's just too high on the curve, if I was going to go that high I would go with Fallen Angel. The same really goes for Belfry Spirit, to be honest.
Now about Rhys, the Redeemed : I adore this card, it is simply amazing, and I have extra copies too!
The thing is though with the advent of Nether Traitor (if it makes the cut, which I am thinking it's going to.) I will have a way to make infinite tokens already (and an infinite amount this time, not just making the same token over and over again), so doubling them would almost seem pointless.
3 Braids, Cabal Minion
4 Plagued Rasulka

4 Deathgreeter

Now with Painter's Servant, it's a different story. Painter's Savant's ability reads as this :
"As Painter's Servant enters the battlefield, choose a color.
All cards that aren't on the battlefield, spells, and permanents are the chosen color in addition to their other colors."
Which means that all my White creatures turn into W/ creatures because of the words "in addition to their other colors".
See?
Well thank you, but sadly I am an American. I rock out the flag because that is where my blood is from.

I think I may have figured out the way to get around the lack of tokens thing.
Nether Traitor.
