The second is guaranteed as a T1 deck that is really good, plus its' mana is better. I would choose #2. However, Eminem is correct, comes down to preference. Eminem was not correct, however, for tying Rihanna to the bed and setting the house on fire.

I like the first one. I'm perfecting a U/R list similar to that one but a bit more controlish. I'm continually amazed at how a protected Delver can reek havoc.

Well, I started play testing the UR deck, and while I like what it does, it seems really inconsistent. The illusion deck, while perhaps susceptible to the current meta, was atleast consistant. I don't know.
is there a couple of change possible in both deck or its lock down cause... in counterburn i found that you better play more one colour than the other wither its blue or red. (which mean less starting hand of mountain and blue spell or vice versa) at the moment you don't play enought red source for the ur deck. and by the way grim lavamancer don't like snap in the same deck. (at least dont play more than 2)
my version of ur is more rdw so i have more mountain. In the first deck you play too much probe/ponder/desperate raving... can-trip are good and cool but you need more tempo card this is a aggro deck except for ponder/delver i don't see the point of the other spells. vapor snag tempo unsummon is good for the little ping point (you can also return a snap to your hand even if it hurts you) stormkirk noble i found in my matchs that one of those or a delvers unanswered is often GG for you (might be crazy but i play 4 of each) stormblood berseker i play 3 gut shot MD to enable him turn 2(if no creature can attack for bloodthirst) 3/3 almost unblocable because you can counter or burn almost any 2nd creature of them they want to play in the following turns
my favorite play in the actual meta if to play a snap to flashback a gut shot when the OP attack its so funny to kill 2 creature with a snap and a simple gut shot.
for the second deck if you can manage to include a couple of negate i would not hurt. in a creature based deck like that your biggest fear is to see removal or mass removal (which mean almost just non-creature spell) at the moment i often split 3 negate / 3 manaleak
if left unchanged the second deck is much better. but in general, I feel that UR if stronger atm just because of the burn... i mean except for titan 90% of the creature of the meta are like 2 or less of toughness?

What's with the Stitched Drake? Is it a T3 play after they clear Delver out or what? Is Skaab Ruinator not an option?
Stitched is easier to cast meaning that it's probably dropping turn 3 and it only takes 1 creature in the yard meaning it doesn't take too much fuel away from haunt.

I think that Stitched Drake is there for the RDW match-up, as any creature with 4 or more toughness is hard to burn out. It's like how MBI sideboards Phyrexian Vatmother against Red. They either have to use two burn spells to kill it, crack a Shrine, or pay four life for a Dismember. And, like you said, it's nice when you can get something out of someone popping your Delver with a Gut Shot.
I also like the second deck better. I like blue and I like aggro, and Todd Anderson found a way to combine the two in standard. Looks like a seriously fun deck.

Debatable...
On topic: I like the U/R better - it just looks like more fun even if it is a bit inconsistent.
