So i present you gentlement and ladies with a deck i built, it's obvious wincon is to crap out as many tokens as humanly possible, then drop an intangible Virtue FTW. I'm no competitve builder, but i'm looking for advice, because i may want to take this to a local FNM or something to stomp face.
Any ideas for SB/MD card choices to stomp the overall meta (wolf run, infect, solar flare, ect)
Budget's somewhat of an issue but i have some extra cash floating around, so anything's fair game. Please assist?

Mausoleum Guard kinda stinks. How about Timely Reinforcements instead? Sure theyre not flying creatures, but you get an extra dude and also might gain 6 life for 1 cheaper.
Bloodline Keeper is a great card but its hard to justify running it as your only vampire. No way your opponent will let that thing last 5 turns and you definitely would want to transform it. Even if you have parallel lives out, there are more efficient token generators such as Elspeth Tirel (albeit 5cc instead of 4) but she can make tokens the turn she comes into play.
Thanks for the advice, Elspeth i'll have to buy, but she's runnin nearly $20 each atm. Timely reinforcements is not that great tho, because most of the time i have More guys than they do, so the token creation of it's too conditional for it to be a good pick. If there were more token creator spells i'd run them over guard easily)
Bloodline Keeper being the only vampire in the deck is irrelevent, mostly because by the time i'm tapping him he's creating double the tokens (usually with vigilance thanks to a virtue) And he's a relevent threat that draws removal very quickly because if not killed he wins the game, 2 tokens a turn with a lives on the board is VERY dangerous, and thus he eats removal every time.

Take out mausoleum guards for elspeths. She is just about the best thing you can have for tokens. Take out the mediocre Bloodline keeper (only vampire etc) for Hero of Bladeholds. 4 of them. Unanswered she wins the game easier and faste than the keeper, and with lives or a virtue out or both she just gets plain stupid. Tokens should be aggressive, and keeper is better for grinding out games. And needs more vamps to be insane.

Maybe Sylvok Lifestaff would be good here. Scratch that, not good, AMAZING. A great card here. Try it out.
EDIT: Ooh, Ooh, Xenograft! And some Drowned Catacomb or Glacial Fortress! Jankiest Vampire lord awesomeness ever!!!
The second is guaranteed as a T1 deck that is really good, plus its' mana is better. I would choose #2. However, Eminem is correct, comes down to preference. Eminem was not correct, however, for tying Rihanna to the bed and setting the house on fire.
Thanks to you both, Elspeth and Hero are better bvy far, but as it is (atm) i have limited funds, and elspeth is $20 each and hero's like 15 each, so i'll take your advice, but implement if slowly.
I can write because i'm a huge dragon, eggs cant stop my magick. Unless Mu put a seal on it or something, which he did not

How does it kill wolf's Run? I'm aware it stops tokens (and also ****s up my own game plan, but with enough token spam i can recover from that relatively easily)

Spellbomb stops solar Flare's grave recursion (but doesn't stop the entire deck)
Revoke stops a rather large list of cards, including wurmcoil and opposing intangible Virtues for the token decks.
Bomb stops werewolves and Inkmoth Nexi (but i'm not sure if i should, as it's counterintuitive for the deck, as it kills off all my tokens as well)
and Zenith kills creatures in mass amounts, even if it kills my guys too.

I think I'd replace Fiend Hunter with 3 Dismember. Fiend Hunter is nice and all being removal attached to a body, but with so much removal (O-Ring, Beast, Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, etc. It just won't stay around long enough to keep whatever it removed removed.
Also, Parellel Lives just seems a bit too slow to me, despite it being cute. Perhaps take out the green and put in red instead for the likes of Urabrask (and perhaps Rally the Peasants). Lets your tokens attack right away (and with more oomph in the case of Rally), plus he's not a bad body himself. This would also enable you to consider Brimstone Volley as removal, which plays nicely with Altar's Reap. This would also make your Bloodline Keepers more of a threat if they could tap right away from Urabrask's ability.

As far as I can tell, your underperformers would be Parallel Lives and Intangible Virtue. Obviously you're not going to be able to fit all of the above cards into your deck, but I think the inclusion of a few would help your deck immensely. In particular, Overrun, Gavony Township, and Blade Splicer seem like good choices. The most expensive card I've mentioned is by far Blade Splicer, so acquiring whatever you need shouldn't be too bad.

My biggest issue with these choices;
Overrun is triple green, and i only have 6 green sources, that singlehandedly is lethal and a dead draw.
Beast Within i was considering.
Township, i'm regularly tapped out because this is a Swarm deck, it rarely leaves mana open.
Blade Splicer Great choice, but she's $7 now. Which does hurt. Also i'm not sure exactly what i should be running, i've been told Dismember is required, Elspeth is Required as is Hero of bladehold, none of which i own (aside from a single hero)
As for the Under performers, Lives hasn't ever disappointed, because with any sort of token spawn spell it gets VERY stupid Moan 4 mana for 4 zombies = good mana investment (even if it is a "useless" enchantment and doesn't do anything to really kill the opponent when i drop it)
And Virtue, i've always had at least one of the board when i went for lethal. Thus making it very good, since the deck is about spitting out as many tokens as humanly possible. Yes i'm very weak to sweepers like DoJ, Ratchet Bomb, and any other "destroy all" spells. but this deck requires you to not overcommit anyways, i regularly hold Midnight Haunting in hand and EOT it or use it as a combat trick when they go all in.

Another thing, you keep repeating that you are tryin to spew out as many tokens as possible, but this is not the kind of token deck to do that. I mean sure it can pump out a ton, but W/g tokens with township just has it made. (you can even find room for a couple parallel lives in the list.) also leaning upwards the more mono-white-splashing-green strategy, you get the best standard token producing card available: Shrine of Loyal Legions. Imagine popping one of those for 5 or 6 with lives in play.
Also you said you are always tapping down an that's why you don't run township but that is a poor reason not to. There WILL be times you go late and have no cards and nothing to do with mana, and township straight wins games im that situation with some creatures out. Also, you will play against opponents stripping your hand of your cards. So you should adjust the mana base to fit a least 1 or 2.
Sorry for no card tags, on mobile.

thank you all for your suggestions and replies, but i've decided this deck is going to stay casual, But i will likely be building a GW Township tokens with lives in the main, for fun mostly, i've got the impression from myself and the Meta of MTGO that off the wall decks will never truely shine since everything flips so often.
My biggest issue with this deck so far however it's the manabase, i have TONS of doublewhite and double blacks, but i still have some issues with getting said doubles, in my 3 most recent games, the shuffler (and i suspect my lack of real competitive deckbuilding skill) has shorted me quite often on the double color aspect, and thus i'll regularly draw something i cant cast. I'm going to be remodling this deck to have a more casual approach, and see if i can manage to build a more competitive GW form, i loved the black aspect of this deck as it provided creature control and card draw in the form of altar's reap (which i regularly would cast while the Fiend Hunter's Exile target was still on the stack, thus exiling their guy permanently and drawing two cards all for 2WWB.) But since then i've been getting nothing but crap from the shuffler.
Thanks to everyone who gave pointers, but i'm going to snip out all the super high priced cards and keep it casual based only. Since it's not showing any real power with the meta as it is.

Few things.
1. Intangible Virtue affects only creature tokens.
2. Bloodline Keeper a four drop vampire that says "remove me". I'd rather run Garruk or some other token maker. (Which Garruk you run is up to you; I'd prefer the primal hunter for your deck)
3. I highly suggest running more white for Gavony Townships; it makes your tokens HUGE.
4. Fiend Hunter doesn't really fit the synergy of the deck very well.
I'd suggest making these changed to your decklist:
-3 Fiend Hunter
-3 Bloodline Keeper
-1 Swamp
-1 Plains
+1 Midnight Haunting
+4 Master's Call
+3 Gavony Township
