I am looking at this as not-a-yes to Journey being the last set before M15. This isn't the type of question MaRo would not straight up answer IF Journey was the last set with the current frame. So, I am looking at it as a possible confirmation of Conspiracy and that it comes before M15
EDIT:
This would also put Conspiracy as being released at the same relative time to other expansions of Modern Masters last year
All this ARG stuff reminds me of the MMO "The Secret World."
Why did TSW have to waste all their marketing money on those ARGs? Marketing to people who already know about your product is a terrible way to introduce new people to your product.
Doubt it just because that would be weird. I think the most likely thing is a set, sold in booster packs, that's meant to be drafted. Like Modern Masters, but with a focus on the types of cards that appeal to Planechase, Commander, and Archenemy fans.
Except multiplayer cards would make a terrible draft format.

Not necessarily... I think it could actually lead to some interesting dynamics. Do you want to be a rattlesnake and mostly keep to yourself? Do you want to have the most raw power but earn the hate of the table? Do you want to be the diplomatic leader that puts everything to a vote and earns the respect of the table? Depending on the cards that get printed and the rules of the format, you could be drafting archetypes with very different intents.
A multiplayer draft would also explain the small number; most multiplayer products have been aimed at around four players so it would make sense for them to sell this as something for a small group of people to draft and then play a chaos game.
i've been playing magic since 2008 and never heard about cube since yesterday and i wonder what is it?? please post me the rules, im usually the guy who introduced my friends about a new product like commander and planechase...didnt like the other one so i didnt bother them with that

I really like the idea of a buy-a-cube, but Magister of Worth is number *28/210. 210 seems a little small for an 8 man cube.
Isn't that also a very low number for a multicoloured card with M in the title? It implies that (if colours are balanced) there is no more than 5 mono-coloured cards in the set. (and only 3 multicoloured cards with names starting with A-L) - a hell of a lot of artifacts/lands?
Initially I was very skeptical about this, but someone at my LGS pulled one at the midnight prerelease. I can indeed confirm that this is real on that basis.
Someone at your LGS pulled a Cogwork Librarian...? Or do you mean they pulled another Magister of Worth? I doubt they'd put a Librarian in packs, because it would have ruined the Magister easter egg hunt if the Librarian had been found first.

Disposable (If you're not drafting, just tear this card up because you will never ever use it. If you are drafting, tear it up after the draft is finished. Then spit on it.)

It doesn't have to be a multiplayer draft. It could just contain multiplayer cards that work fine in 1 vs. 1, like the other spoiled card. The set could be a draftable set that contains cards for the multiplayer crowd.
I like it. It's an interesting way to put in cards for Legacy without the price getting so high that other players can get the cards.

...no? Because people keep cards to draft with more than once? If that's not something you're interested in you obviously wouldn't be buying this product in the first place.

I don't think this one card's worthlessness indicates the entire set, unknown as yet, does not merit interest.

It indicates that the focus of the product is almost certainly heavily focused on repeated drafting. It woudn't be one of the first cards previewed otherwise. If that doesn't interest you, then you'd be better off getting individual cards you want from it rather than the whole set. Let other people who do actually put value on these products have them if you don't want them.

Of course it doesn't have to be, but my point was there's a possible connection between the low number for a cube and that possibility.
Although I think it's more likely that this will be a multiplayer product anyhow.
question about this card. Since the rules currently say that if you open a card that isn't from the set the pack is, that card can't be used in the tournament, but can be drafted as normal, if this ended up in a born of the gods pack, while i know you could not run it in your deck, could you use its ability, because that is normal drafting for it.

last minute attempt to get people to participate in a mediocre set's prerelease.
Why on earth would the "type of people interested in [various casual multiplayer formats]" duel with their drafts?
There are EDH cubes and Type 4, this is not that far out of an idea.
Not if it's a multiplayer draft.
Chances are this is a set designed to be drafted and then played as a group.
