Following the cycle it needs to have 3 black mana symbols. We already have one at 3 CMC (Blue), 4 CMC (Red), 5 CMC (Green), 7 CMC (White), I'll be damned if the Black one isn't costed:
Fated Blackness 3BBB
Instant
Whatever "Fated Blackness" will do? If it's your turn, scry 2.
Edit: Nath'd
I suspect reanimation for a single creature is too much (even at instant-speed), two creatures would be too much efficiency (just imagine Gary).
Any type of discard is too late.
It could be a major, less punishing Sign in Blood, seeing as we have Read the Bones it becomes increasingly unlikely.
A board-wipe atop Drown in Sorrow and Bile Blight would be too much wipe-potential and conflicts with White's.
As the rest has something to do with the board and only creatures and planeswalkers:
Green: Put two 3/3 tokens onto field.
Blue: Put a cloned token onto field.
Red: Shoot a creature/PW.
White: Wipe all creatures/PWs.
I suspect the Black one does something similar. However all the others are arguably a bit boring and not very efficient mana-wise, so I wont expect anything particularly good for Black either.
Six mana for a reanimation is too much wtf.
I'm betting on a discard 4 or 5 cards or something like that.
Why is it too much? Normal reanimation costs 5 nowdays. This is instant and has the scry option. Instant reanimation is also a really sweet combat trick.

Eh, for instant reanimation on either graveyard? I think something could be done with that.
Other options are probably Mill X, or perhaps a Wit's End?

I agree with the creature centric nature of the card. Please oh please be creatures get -X/-X = swamps you control and scry two if your turn.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.

normal reanimation costs 4, Zombify. Unburial Rites cost 5 because it also had flashback, Obzedat's Aid costs 5 because it can get non-creature permanents, Call of the Underworld costs 5 because it does a lot of extra weird ****.
It's likely a 6 mana spell unless they wanna do a 2 mana spell, they could do a Diabolic Edict/Cruel Edict scry 2, but that's too pushed and unlikely since there's already a 2 mana edict out.
I'm guessing a Haunting Hymn like card, perhaps Mind Shatter (clearly not at instant speed if same cost) maybe an XBB reanimation spell or XBB drain life effect. Profane Command gives a lot of ideas
I think it will be an X spell.

It didn't occur to me and now I realize Wydogg already scratched the surface, but:
Sacrifice is in Black's pool too. So perhaps an instant-speed 2x Diabolic Edict. To be cruel it could have "that player discard two cards" in addition, but seeing as all the others are a singular effect and scry-possibility I think it's standardized for them all.
That's just my best guess given the information we have. It's still a fairly unique card in the meta because it's instant speed reanimation (so is Rescue, but you don't get the creatures until next upkeep).

Define Standard. If you cast this during your main phase, Scry 2.

There's already so much -X/-X effects right now, and I don't think this will be the black day of judgement either

Take a mechanic from the pre-mirrodin era, and a mechanic after the mirrodin era, and create a card that flavorfully melds both mechanics.
Draw X cards, then discard 4-x cards. If you cast this spell during your turn Scry 2 first.

Return target creature or Planeswalker from any graveyard to the battlefield under your control. If it's your turn, scry 2.
The Red and White ones both specify Creature or Planeswalker, so this would be a neat addition.

Between Immortal Servitude, Obzedat's Aid, Rescue from the Underworld and Whip of Erebos I think we're more than covered on the reanimation-aspect.
That's just my best guess given the information we have. It's still a fairly unique card in the meta because it's instant speed reanimation (so is Rescue, but you don't get the creatures until next upkeep).
