Anyone else have this experience, In my mind seive precon, about half the the card were miscut with the top and bottom left corner. Also does anyone know if those cards are worth more then regular since True name nemesis and baleful strix were included in those miscuts.
There aren't many that will pay you much for that but the few people that will.... that's a winning lottery ticket there. Keep it intact and don't mess with it. I am not an expert but I would start at $200.
In fact, I am moving this to the Misprint/Oddities section of Market Street.
Does this work? A bit more info, half of the mind seize deck (the half without the lands) was miscutted with the top and bottom left corner being square instead of round.
Noteworthy card miscutted:
Here is the other picture and the full list of the miscuts. The top left corners are a bit less sharp than the bottom corners. Sorry if it seems like I'm spamming. I'm not used to posting on this forums.
This also happened with the last run of Commander precons. It's definitely worth a premium, but it's also not exactly unique. You could try searching completed listings for miscut Scavenging Ooze to get a sense of what it might be worth.
I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.
I'd be a bit more conservative then Galspanic; it's definately worth more, but I'd say around $100. Just most people don't care about sharp corners. I might just try to sell the true name nemesis and baleful strix separately.
Supplemental products are fairly notorious for weird miscuts and misprints. They're not common, but not super rare either. You will probably get more for parting it out, like that miscut sol ring is probably going to be the most desireable.
I recently obtained a fully intact San Fancisco Worlds Championship September 2004 Julien nuijten deck. The cards are in Light Play or Near Mint condition, and all 75 are here. I have no idea how to check what this is worth, if anything, so thought people here might be able to help me.

Collecting Maw of the Mire! Feel free to send me any you have, so long as they're in reasonable condition.
I recently bought the Eternal Bargain commander deck (Esper) to find that many of the cards are miscut. I am not interested in miscut cards and would like to know the value so that I can trade it away.
Here are some pics of the deck. If you want closer up pics of certain cards, let me know.
It looks to me that it was cut just poorly enough that it doesn't show another card. That means that it won't be worth much more than a normally cut one; maybe a 10% premium?
But, I am not really a collector, so what do I know?

Hi, I got a few promo cards from some old magazines. they are black lotus and chaos orb puzzles, its 9 cards which put together appear as an oversized card. I got six of them, worth something?
I do believe they have some value as there are people that collect old mtg things like that, if they were still sealed in the mag they would likely be worth more. As for a value hard to say since the amount of people wanting these is fairly low, so it really depends what they would give knowing not alot of competition for these.
It's an instant speed 5/5 trampler for 4. Wtf do you people want seriously? It has applications in populate/ above the curve beats decks, or in Bant control/ flash. I seriously think anyone mad at this card for any reason other than losing an attacker to instant speed wurm, should go home and make their own awesome card game and leave the rest of us alone.
It depends on if you feel it'll continue to see eternal play (it's seeing a little in modern merfolk). Traditionally, standard only foreign foils are not a good bet. Foil Korean Thragtusk is going for $30 right now, and it's run in standard was pretty strong, and sees light eternal play.
If it sees any Modern play whatsoever, it'll be worth it.
Speccing on foreign standard foils can be extremely profitable, although obviously very high-risk. I had the chance to pick up a Japanese foil JTMS a little after WWK came out, for like $250... But hey, regrets are worthless.

Ermm I have all the ones except the ultra rare pieces. From what I can tell they are about 30 dollars for each piece except the ultra rare piece. You just have to find the right person to sell it to. Someone here wanted one a while back and I snap traded it to them. Although I do wonder how much a completed 9 piece lotus is though....
Hey, I just purchased a Prossh EDH deck, and found out that the miscuts are pretty valuable, but no one is quoting how much? could any miscut experts here take a look?
Thanks for the help. I'm pretty excited since these look really cool to me, especially since I wasn't expecting anything special out of the jund edh deck valuewise (I just wanted shattergang bros)

It's worth a lot. maybe someone else can help with a better answer, but miscuts like that are super rare, especially a whole deck.
Nice. Any cards that were worth money before being miscut are now worth a ton more. Any cards that show two cards on it are worth more. Those forest/mountains are pretty cool.

Don't they usually go for right around 1k? Maybe six months ago, swear I saw one that fired around $900.
Interesting, I actually searched this thread and apparently there was some talk back in august about it and some quotes were around 500.

Unfortunately the community of miscut buyers is small and there's no standard guide to their value.
