The card obviously doesn't care much for the enchantment creature being a creature when it's not an Aura. As such the method of enchantment creature with bestow is not the best way to make this card. You could go for a simple Aura with delayed death trigger etc.
Also permanents can change control. For that reason an Aura shouldn't just have "Sacrifice enchanted [permanent]" as a cost in it.

I like that preview. Either, it's a safety net for a countered spell, or it is a "spell clone" for anything in your hand for 1 mana more. Pretty cool if you desperately need a second copy of anything that moment. As it is right now, I'd say rare. I even think about it costing UR, but then it looses the iconic 1cmc blue rare spell many sets have.

Praetorian Splicer: Very powerful, but that comes with the territory of being a five-colored card. That said, though, it's three 3/3s with hexproof and haste potentially on turn five or earlier, and possibly more if you have other Splicers.
Plus, getting two tokens when this ETBs makes it a viable Clone target. The power of 5-color cards is hard to rate in a vacuum, without being able to consider the amount of color fixing and ease of use associated with it, and I myself didn't play during the New Phyrexia era.

He's a 3/3 for 3 that doesn't really do anything when it comes down and might not really do anything. I know kinda bad! But maybe he'll start slowly drawing you cards!
I went with the oldschool wording because it seemed way more cluttered with "if it was the first creature etc etc business. If anyone has any other ideas let me know. I'm considering making it just trigger at the end of turn if a creature came into play under your control.
Well, you can either use that old school wording, or you can also make it "at EOT, if a nontoken creature has enters field under your control this turn, draw a card". Either way, I'm concerned that this sort of effect on a 3/3 3cc body is a bit too strong. No need to cost too much as this guy is weaker than Primordial Sage, but 3/3 for 4 should be the minimum. or 1/1 for 3, since this is a bit of Cylian Elf, which is still risky.

I'm not really a big fan of board wipe to begin with, but it's the lack of symmetry that really bothers me here. I would expect something like "At the beginning of each player's next upkeep, that player may.." Even if the mana can only be used during upkeep before going away, the next player in the rotation still gets the biggest benefit of being able to cast extra spells on the same turn as their own combat, draw, etc. In a one-on-one, this might be a very small balancing factor for blowing up all of their stuff, but in multiplayer the other opponents get screwed over just like you do. It's a very small lack of symmetry, since only abilities and instants can be played this way, but it's there none the less.

2 main concerns:
Destroying creatures is very much outside of green's colour pie (except flying hatw) so I would change this to a Fracturing Gust variation that gives you mana based on the amount of artifacts you destroy.
Secondly if you want to give each player extra mana make sure you give it to them during Their main phase so they can actually use it.
Common fatty for green:
Illwood Behemoth6G

... I fell like that creature and mechanic is grossly overpowered for limited environments. Seems more like an Uncommon. Idk. For constructed it would be very interesting though. I like it overall, but seems too good for limited.
As for my card, you both seem to think I didn't know about the mana problem. I did, that was the point. It is very powerful in the fact that its a planar cleansing. The drawback is giving the next player mana. It is, however, abusable with flash creatures and instants.

It's really good in that it forces everyone to empty their hands unconditionally, and I think that effect alone already can warrant the expensive cost. It's a shame that in the end, the player still has to use mana to cast whatever they exile, though.

I'm not sure how this is functionally different from "destroy three target creatures." With the single exception of someone else playing damage prevention, this will pretty much always destroy, which makes your current mana cost seem really low. "Contagion" also seems like it should involve -1/-1 counters somehow. Besides, I don't think a spell can really have things like deathtouch or infect. That's like giving a spell flash instead of just making it an instant.

Interesting. Its 1/1 stat makes it not worth killing most of the time, which means this guy will generally stick around for quite a long time unless someone plays ping or mass-wipe that doesn't target this guy. This guy can't be targetted by normal spells including Auras, so the only way to make it useful is to use equipments. And the effect is pretty grandiose, and yes, in your scenario that means you'll have to waste a weak spell to stop a big one, but possibly repeatedly. Love this guy. I think I'm not going to suggest any changes.

I'd reckon it's too busy, so maybe I'll try to change it when I get good enough inspiration.
Firstly I would try would change the devotion requirements to three of each colour as five can be fairly difficult to get, let alone five devotion of two colours.

Exodus of Zendikar - ON HOLD
As for my card, you both seem to think I didn't know about the mana problem. I did, that was the point. It is very powerful in the fact that its a planar cleansing. The drawback is giving the next player mana. It is, however, abusable with flash creatures and instants.
It is green and red in the sense that it's a forest fire that destroys everything but brings new growth.
3BBUU
Thought Paraphernalia M
Sorcery
Each player reveals their hand. Choose three cards from each of those hands and exile them. Each player discards the rest. You may cast cards exiled this way.
It's really good in that it forces everyone to empty their hands unconditionally, and I think that effect alone already can warrant the expensive cost. It's a shame that in the end, the player still has to use mana to cast whatever they exile, though.
Two cards this time:
Sparkflare Dragon 3RWU
Creature - Dragon {M}
Flying, haste
When ~ enters the battlefield, tap all creatures target player controls. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step. ~ deals 1 damage to each of those creatures.
5/4
Fangs of the Spider 2G
Sorcery {R}
Target creature you control deals 1 damage to target creature you don't control. If ~ was cast from a graveyard, the creature you control deals 1 damage to each creature you don't control instead.
Flashback 4GG (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format
Minimum deck size: 60
Maximum number of identical cards: 4
Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
Reposting this one since it got no love:
"And now, something slightly similar to Norin, but more relevant to normal decks.
The Mad Fool 1UR
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard (mythic)
Haste
When ~ becomes the target of a spell, counter all spells, then remove ~ from the game. Return it to play under its owner's control at end of turn.
(1/1)
Reusable counter once per turn, but at the cost of a spell that targets a creature. Hard to use, but could save you in a pinch if someone plays a huge threat and all you have left is a Gut Shot."
Going back a few pages, I realized one of my (admittedly a bit lousy) cards got skipped...
Kruphix, God of Secrets 2GU
Legendary Enchantment Creature - God (M)
Indestructible
As long as your devotion to green is five or greater, Kruphix, God of Secrets gets +2/+2 and at the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1 then reveal the top card of your library. If it is a creature or enchantment card, put it into your hand.
As long as your devotion to blue is five or greater, Kruphix gets +2/+2 and can't be blocked.
1/1
I'd reckon it's too busy, so maybe I'll try to change it when I get good enough inspiration.
Also the first ability is too wordy. The sry feels blue.
Also isn't Kruphix supposed to be the god of horizons and time?
The flavour really isn't hitting me.
Enraged Ogre 4R
Creature - Ogre {U}
When Enraged Ogre enters the battlefield, put a 1/1 red Gnoll creature token onto the battlefield.
Tap a Gnoll you control: Enraged Ogre gets +1/+0 until end of turn.
“I not sure how you can get an ogre even more angry than usual but the gnolls manage it somehow”
—Feldisa, the Leaf Marked

Is this ok for an uncommon or should it be a rare?

Dreamscape
Coins of Mercalis [COMPLETE]
Exodus of Zendikar - ON HOLD
Probably uncommon. There are a number of cards that self-feed into their abilities already that are uncommon. The bonus isn't that great, so I think uncommon fits it perfectly.
A vertical pair:
Reaver's Talons 1BR
Artifact - Equipment {U}
Equipped creature gets +2/+0.
Whenever ~ becomes equipped to a creature, ~ deals 2 damage to target creature.
Equip 2
Claws of the Merciless 3BR
Artifact - Equipment {R}
Equipped creature gets +4/+0 and has intimidate.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, that player sacrifices a creature and you put a +1/+1 counter on equipped creature.
Equip 3
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format
Minimum deck size: 60
Maximum number of identical cards: 4
Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
I like both. They have expensive mana costs that fit well with their colors. I do think that the talons are too cheap to equip.
Brain Gouge 1BB
Instant
As an additional cost to cast ~, pay 1 life.
Target player opponent discards two cards.
Next
God-Blessed Armaments 4
Enchantment Artifact - Equipment (R)
Equipped creature gets +X/+X, where X is your devotion to that creature's colors. (If a mana symbol has multiple colors that are the same as that creature's colors, count it only once)
Equip 4
Essentially Theros' version for Hedron Matrix. And what the reminder text means is that if you equip, say, Nivmagus Elemental with this, your devotion count is only 1, not two, despite (U/R) being two colors. Should the cost really be the same?
EDIT:
God-Blessed Armaments 3
Enchantment Artifact - Equipment (R)
Equipped creature gets +X/+X, where X is your devotion to that creature's colors. (If a mana symbol has multiple colors that are the same as that creature's colors, count it only once)
Equip 2

[White Wedge Dude] 2W

1(U/R),T: Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control (the targets of the copy are the same as the original spell).
