With the heroic mechanic, that looks a little pushed for what the heroes can do for you. We sha'll see if this is ww worthy or limited only. Being at instant speed I'd like to think this could see some standard play.
Aaaand its uncommon. If it were Common it would be the cornerstone Heroic enabler. At uncommon, it is just a hell of a combat trick (with boost from Heroic).
As the first of our Heroic enablers, this looks pretty darn good. Incredibly strong in Limited, and the best thing we've got to make Heroic work in Standard so far.
I find it interesting that it says "up to two creatures". Well, I've been waiting for a card like this. I wish it were common too, but this card is just fine.
So what you're saying Luminum is that we are gonna get a white weenie deck for theros event deck?
We know there is at least one copy of this card in it. Anything beyond that is speculation. But a W/X deck focusing on the Heroic mechanic wouldn't be unlikely.
Good heroic enabler, good card. For all we've worried about the lack of enablers, we haven't gotten the bulk of the commons and uncommons yet, which are where the magic happens in limited.
Why is everyone going on about this being a Heroic enabler? I thought every Bestow card was a Heroic enabler.
Agreed.
Ranger's Guile is twice the heroic enabler that this card is. I'm more interested in protecting and beefing up my best hero than I am in playing multiple heroes.
Well let's give this card the Giant Growth test to see how good it truly is.
Giant growth is a G mana for +3/+3.
This card however is 2W mana for +2/+2 for up to 2 creatures.
for 1G mana we get giant growths slight bigger cousin which I don't recall the name of. which is +4/+4 to 1 creature. So to break that bonus in half to give it to two creatures costs one extra colorless mana in wizards eyes.
I'd say it's probably a little costly if it were green, but for it being in white and being a flat pump spell(bonuses are even) it seems reasonable. Playable in limited definitely, in constructed, unlikely unless there are no pushed pump spells in theros for w/x
A power trick in Limited that might be strong enough to be Standard playable. Reaps tons of value from Heroic. Orzhov Heroes, anyone? Other solid early creatures include Cartel Aristocrat, Xathrid Necromancer, Agent of the Fates and some of the choicier with Heroic creatures.

Dauntless Onslaught 2W

Up to two target creatures each get +2/+2 until end of turn.

Definitely a good way to get some extra value out of heroic since you don't want to actually invest a single card into some of those triggers.

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.

Every bestow card except for the Satyr and Nighthowler cost too much to be playable.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
Martial Glory was a lot better than Giant Growth, though.
What do you guys think? I'm thinking that this might work well with the Heroic mechanic in Theros
