Galepowder has been one of the standout fun cards in my cube, similiar to Parallax Wave in the value and versatility it brings. It might not compare in power to some of white's other stacked 4 drops but my playgroup loves to draft it. Reuse ETB effects every turn, clear out blockers, blank auras, tax your opponents equipment, it's awesome. In larger cubes it's a pretty necessary inclusion to support the blink archetype.
I plan to up my white enchantment/artifact hate a bit. Which one is better?
We run both at 450 and while I really like Sundering Growth, I think Revoke Existence is the better card. But Sundering Growth is a hybrid which makes comparing a lot harder. It is easy to underestimate the effect this has on the number of decks that can play a hybrid. We have been getting free wolves and beasts with sundering Growth on a regular bases when it is played.
The exiling clause is relevant a surprising number of times in cube these days.
I feel a big point in favor of Sundering Growth is the instant-speed. I personally prefer Revoke Existence however, as it is easier to splash, and the exile can be very relevant in some cases. That being said, the sorcery speed of Revoke Existence is a big bummer.

Definitely Revoke Existence. Running Seal out early and the occasional Sun Titan shenanigans are nice, but exile vs destroy is just game changing so often.

I just purchased From the Vault today and was wondering if Jace, MS is too powerful to add to my 360 unpowered cube? (Sorry that my cube list is not up on this site yet as I just finished building it this week.)
It depends. If you ban other cards like Library, Ring, Balance, Armageddon(s), Mind Twist, Recurring Nightmare, Jitte, Skullclamp, Elspeth, Mana Drain, Tinker, Upheaval, unpowered fast mana rocks and other broken stuff, you should pass on him. But if the only banned cards are the power 9, his power-level will be appropriate among those other Tier 1 cards.

He's incredibly good.
There's all sorts of answers to him. Make sure you're running a good number of such things and it should work out.
Okay thank you. I do only ban the power nine because I don't like super fast mana (I still keep mox diamond, grim monolith, mana vault, and thran dynamo). I will include him for our draft tonight. Hopefully he gets played!
I think you should also ban Mana Vault in an unpowered, non-fast mana meta.
Five drops on turn two is not fair game, if you only have one Mana Vault in cube. (It is, if every player has the chance for fast mana )
Grim Monolith is imo the line, you can play it but you shouldn't play better stuff in an unpowered cube.
I agree here totally, this is the line I draw as well. I don't think JMS is too powerful in a solid cube environment but Mana Vault and Sol Ring obviously make for unbalanced games. I think Mox Diamond costing another card is a big enough drawback that its probably ok as well.

And condescend is a neat alternative to Arcane Denial and I might try it. But what about Exclude. Yes it is 3, but it is splashable and is amazing.
I've found Complicate to be better than Exclude.
I agree.

I prefer seal by a long-shot. It's a pseudo-instant, and has some cute interactions as people point out.

I would go Deprive, but both are sort of bad
