I have nooo idea if this is powerful enough to be cubeable or not but I know 2 things:
1) It's gotta be at least close to good enough. Scrying 1 every turn + 1U:unblockable in longer matches is pretty insane value.
Brutally bad against agro or fast combo decks tho.
You get a lot for three mana, bu mostly she makes me excited for the other 4 gods. A Blue deck might not have a lot of U on the board, but a white aggro deck has a ton of W in it.
I sort of wish the card was just the one I made for my cube:
Clear Vision UU
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 2.
I think your card is probably too good at 2 mana. Scry 2 is almost as good as drawing a card. Your card at 2U would be more appropriate and still pretty playable (See: Crystal Ball -> One of the best cards in its limited format).
The Gods, if they follow thassa's format as a pattern, are basically planeswalkers. As a 3 costing planeswalker that costs one colored its pretty good. I'm probably at the point now where I'm saying this is going in my 360.
Also, unless this set is super fast.. Absurd limited bomb?
Even if this set is super fast, it's rare to see a set with a surplus of quality one drops, so at least on the play this drops early enough to make a difference. Also in limited you're playing more creatures and such typically even if you would be blue so the chance of hitting devotion is a bit higher. And it's indestructible in a set/format that will most likely have a lot of Enchantment removal.
Crystal Ball + Venser's minus ability + conditional repeatable Lava Axe? All while being Indestructible? I think I have room to test.
Yes, I agree. IF the wording of the card is correct, this combination of unique effects should grant Thassa a place in my blue section, at least for a while.
I mean... what blue card are you cutting for this? I don't think this card is even close to playable...
This card is a Think Tank with a mediocre ability to make guys unblockable. And occasionally (never) it turns into a creature. I think this card is terrible. Not only that, but it's a mess of a design. These abilities don't fit together nicely... it's a random assortment of blue abilities on an enchantment creature that isn't even a creature half the time. WTF?
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.
I'm definitely interested. I'm looking for cards that would push drafters towards blue tempo and this rewards you for having blue perms in play (Waterfront Bouncer is already very devoted to her ).
The card feels weird to me because it really seems to infringe on Planeswalkers, design wise.
That overlap is what I most like about the god design as spoiled: there are similarities to planeswalkers but they remain distinct. Planeswalkers are powerful but relatively frail, gods are more robust. A god may be summoned but requires commitment to fully help you.

I like the design of the Gods better than the Planeswalkers. Planeswalkers are 3 abilities stacked with no flavour behind. Gods assist you lightly continuously, a bit more if you make them an offer, and heavily if you are really into them. Fairly cool and catches the religious concepts of the Greek.
All the planeswalkers they've printed have been pretty flavor intensive. We only have one spoiled god, but it just seems like an amateur design you'd see in custom card creation. Way too many unrelated abilities.

You can say this about any abilities and any design. Can you be more specific in your critique? I really don't think they did a poor job of designing them as they feel strong, unique and well thought out. This card is very versatile as it fits in blue aggro tempo and control, something a blue god ought to do.
For reference
aggro would be able to enable its chroma the most and it wouldnt be terribly inconsistent as a 5/5
Tempo loves unblockable creatures and card selection despite being a minor tempo loss, unless youget chroma then it loves the card.
Control digs for your finishers, and makes sure they connect and if that doesnt work has the ability to become saidfinisher.
I really like the design of this card and it does feel like an enchantment creature, as well as a greek god.

It's not an elegant card. I don't see how anyone could argue otherwise.
I think Vindicate is an elegant card. Thessa may not be elegant, but neither are planeswalkers in my opinion. All cards that require lots of text or even special rules are inherently clunky.
There are two things I like about this card: the flavor and the way they approach the enchantment theme. I'll just quote Humpty_Dumpty and Toad because I can get behind what they said:
I'm assuming that Enchantment in this block indicates that a card is relating to the gods. I suppose they could have invented a new card Type, maybe θεων (by, with, for or of the gods), but that would have limited the mechanic within the set, similar to Arcane cards in Kamigawa. As long as the Enchantment type in this block is used both for flavour and mechanics, I don't have a problem with it being "tacked on". If the Theros gods are theistic and anthropomorphic it is probably necessary for them to have two card types to reflect the duality of their transcendent and immanent nature. I hope and expect that Enchantment cards won't be used for mundane magic in this set, but rather the favour (Auras) and influence (Global Enchantments) of the gods.

Gods assist you lightly continuously, a bit more if you make them an offer, and heavily if you are really into them. Fairly cool and catches the religious concepts of the Greek.
Planeswalker ability are usually related and go with each other, even Venser (space/teleport magic).
This, on the other hand, got scry, indestructibility, and unblockable. It's just hard to see how those keyword are related. I think that's what qq mean.
I got to say I like the flavor of this card a ton, though. Don't get me wrong.
I wondered as well. It must be the blue mana symbol in Tezzeret's mana cost that counts towards devotion.
My guess would be that he confused Thassa and his bident and believed the Enchantement God was also an artefact. Therefore, it can be activated by Tezz second ability.

Nope. Prime Speaker checks as it enters, and Thassa will become 5/5 when it checks after Prime Speaker enters.

2) the card is sweeeeett from an idea perspective

I think in other colors the devotion might trigger more easily, but then again they mignth have higher devotion requirements.

So, yeah, agreed, absolutely absurd limited bomb.

What would've been really cool to me is if they made the card Type God be all Super Types simultaneously.
