I didn't think this effect would be possible with the printing process they use. This is usually a digital printing issue that causes color inversion, no?

Color inversion? this is just missing a layer of blue. are you saying the card may be fake? I have done a few of the tests on the card. snap, black light, even comparing the detail of the card (the way you look at a 3D image) and there is nothing so far that makes me think someone printed the card. that said, a genuine card with this color error that I have never seen... what would I trade this away or sell this for?
I bought a collection last night that included these two cards. The Urborg is crimped 5mm, whilst the Meditate has exactly the same colour change that Wildcard has just posted with.

Any store will have these... they aren't rare, aren't exactly in demand, mostly just a cool piece of magic history.
I'm not sure if you have seen one or not but basically you won't need a black light to tell the difference. The color is going to be slightly more rich, the card will appear more glossy and the physical attributions of the card itself feels much like a playing card does (you know, like a face card from a poker deck) because it's thicker and smoother, almost like it's waxed over. You can also just tell by simply turning the card over and comparing it to a normal card. The "a" in Magic will be darker at the top. It's very obvious in person.
Now the last question:
A buddy of mine had a Poker deck with Magic logo back. No not the crappy double-deck with artwork that WotC released; an actual a Richard Garfield game, Magic the gathering deckmaster back.
Any ideas on where to pick one up? How about their history?

I've stumbled across a Battlewise Aven from Judgment that appeared to have the Uncommon silver rarity symbol on it. I looked closer and noticed the mana symbol was off as well. Further examination revealed the truth: ALL of the black text has been printed in silver as well! I've never seen anything like this before and searching the Internet didn't turn up anything. Any thoughts on value? Scan below next to a regular one:

Not sure on the value but I have a dozen or so cards like this so i cannot imagine it is too much

It's not printed as an uncommon, the black ink is just running out. Look at the mana symbol in the cmc, for instance.
I don't like crimps such as that because it's not really an error with the printing process (rather with the packaging), and more importantly, it's something that can be faked, unlike a miscut, which would require an actual uncut sheet to even be able to copy (and would be frowned upon anyway).
For small crimps such as this, my initial inclination is to value them the same as a SP Foothills, which according to Star City, would be somewhere right around $110-115. You might find someone willing to give you 140+, but good luck finding that one person, because it surely won't be me.

I traded for a foil Mirrodin Loxadon Warrhammer only to find the backside miscut and upside down.
I also opened a pack of dragons maze to find a dimir cluestone that seemingly got caught in a machine. It has one corner square and one corner ripped off and the whole things was rather crumpled.
Anyone have much experience with the worth of their of those? both are pretty funny oddities. I mean, the cluestone is a bit hard to believe on face value because other then the square courner it's just a beat up destroyed card.
Came right out of the commander set ... It's my buddies and he sent me a pic. He should have kept the pack sealed but he overlooked it when it was in pack.
I told him its worthless as its not playable as its cut way short ... But then I saw the crimp.
It's totally legit but I don't wanna trade for it if the miscut ruins the value as opposed to just crimp would have been nice.
Here's another pic.(of the pic he sent)
I have no issues of sketchiness as I saw his and mine opened the same day... I just want it if it has value. If not thanks for info and ill pass it on.

The short answer is that it has value, but it is very conditional.
The fact that it's not sleeve playable really hurts it. I know there are people that collect this sort of thing, but for most players they aren't even going to want it. If you can find the perfect person you might be able to get slightly more than market value.
I think it's safer to just contact Wizards costumer service for a replacement, as the cards is clearly damaged and very hard to sell for more than market value.

I've only been able to get 10-20% depending on the card in value over a regular 4th edition card.
Any idea on prices?
Correct, black light does not illuminate Alternate 4th Edition cards. Here is a good example of this (YouTube).

Most people don't have black lights around and they wonder how to tell without one, so that is where the advice came from.
Not sure on the value but I have a dozen or so cards like this so i cannot imagine it is too much
I found a couple of others from the same set like this so I guess it's not so rare, but I'm still wondering if anyone has experience with these.

Value will be little if any.
I don't know what to value that at, but it is surely a LOT.

I know it's not tournament legal, but it is a marquee card, so I have no clue how to value it.
I would take all of that with a grain of salt.

Looks kinda sketchy to be honest, where is this from? Is the card the proper length for a normal card? Also, a picture of a picture on a phone?!
