I'd like to add a vote for Walking Atlas as great. I have it in a lot of my non-green decks and can attest to the power of it. While our mana rocks are our main source of ramp, lands survive a board wipe more often than artifacts. Not to mention that with the card draw this deck gives I often have extra lands in hand. As a bonus, he has been fixed to be an artifact creature and thus can work with untap shenanigans.
Additionally I've been getting great results with Fireshrieker, in case you're stll thinking about it.
I'll give the Atlas a test sooner or later.
Not convinced on the Fireshrieker though, what benefits have you gained from it?

Fireshrieker has consistently made my games end sooner when attached to a fatty.
I find Darksteel Colossus and Blightsteel Colossus to be some of my favorite holders. (We have a house rule of 20 infect after my Mimeoplasm Infect deck got everyone butthurt, so I need a second hit with the now-less-coolly-named-two-shot-the-robot.)
I have also found a lot of joy in the fact that equipment is super synergistic with Clock of Omens as tapped/untapped doesn't matter.
It's up to you, but I've gotten great use out of it.

Ah right, you run Darksteel colossus.
Keep in mind that I have a lower creature count, the fireshrieker would only be good on my general and thus, be overkill.
Infect is still 10 in my group. We abide by the committee's rules

Yeah, it would be less useful in your version. Maybe a note for players running a higher creature count?

Politics is my best guess, work together seeing as Kozilek is less of a threat to the Sigarda player then to the rest of the table.
Yeah, pretty much. Sigarda is a pain for this deck, but kozilek still hits for 12 damage, turn 2 clock. Annihilator or not.
On the clone changes
I'm not sure if this will benefit this deck or not. Considering everyone having a Kozilek isn't as much fun. I'd rather let him die and recast him for extra card draw.
Play-testing ensured, be sure to share your thoughts on this!
You could try playing some more sacrifice engines just to make sure nobody can clone him.
I'm still playing around with the idea that I like people cloning kozilek.
Think about it this way, tempo is doubled. Good thing.
Pure control/combo decks suddenly have more threats to deal with. Good thing.
If the other player with a Kozilek attacks me, I will attack him, etc etc. Making sure me and him are probably out of the game. Bad scenario, they won't do this if they're smart. So they'll attack other people. Good thing.
People will wrath faster. Good thing
I want to play-test this flashy new rule.
Will probably blow up in my face though. Atleast there'll be tempo! I guess..
I've recently built a full-on Karn, Silver Golem deck. Your list and mine are probably around 75% the same, with mine being a bit more controllish.
I love your list, really. It's a fresh take (for me anyways) on an old archetype.
Although, as you say, the thought of Kozilek getting cloned isn't exciting, I like what the new legend rule does for mono brown as a whole- no more Workshop, or other utility lands, getting blown up by random Vesuvas.
Also, a question... How has LED performed for you? Could you test it? Thanks for the well-written primer, and keep up the good work!

Thank you!
About the Lion's Eye Diamond.
Every time he was in my starting hand he was a serious bomb! He led to t2 Kozilek's pretty easily (which, in return would refill my hand that was dropped by the diamond) and was why it was there in the first place.
However I was testing it around the period I was testing the lack of recur and how it affected the deck. I'm not sure if your Karn list has lots of ways to get his tools back out of the grave? Junk Diver and Myr retriever are great but I felt a relic of progenitus was needed most of the time instead of having a recur option myself.
Later on in games LED wasn't a dead card , I thought it would be but it wasn't, It interacted with some of the artifacts or was just pure mana when I needed it. Most of the times used for a Kozilek that's costing near 18 mana or something.
I tested it as a proxy but my LGS/Playgroup has a non-proxy rule so I couldn't keep it up for a long period of time. Hence I'm trying to obtain one to test it out further. Same as Mox Opal now.
If you run Codex Shredder, Junk Diver, Myr retriever, Arcbound ravager and the like (which you probably are, in control?) I see it working fine. My question though, is, why do you need it in a Mono-brown control deck?
Are you running stax?
All in all, this is probably one of the best decks for a Lion's Eye Diamond to be in and would definitely advise it. As soon as I obtain one for my "Side-board" (which is basically all the cards ever been in and out of the deck and being used for testing new builds occasionally) I will get it back on play-testing and see if it can make the Main-deck.
I was asking not because I wanted to include it in my deck because it would indeed be very crappy in a controlling build - I was just curious how it did in yours, because if push came to shove I'd like to change my deck into a more aggro version. LED seems quite good to power out an early Eldrazi that specifically doesn't come out of your hand! I do play Myr Retriever and Junk Diver already...
Alright, played about 13 - 14 games with the new clone rules and have found needed changes to the deck.
First of all, Echo Chamber isn't getting anything done anymore due to it not being able to kill enemy generals (most of the time in voltron) or any other legendary creature. Have found it to be quite a dead card because of it, was already on the fence, definitely a cut now!
With all the new mana rocks/ramp abilities and both relic of progenitus/tormod's crypt in the deck, I have found temporal aperture doing absolutely nothing useful as there are less and less targets that are actually worth popping up. I found it awesome to go infinite with in my Karn, silver golem list (with basalt monolith and voltaic construct) but in here it's not living up to it's name. Not tempo, No consistency, and the % chance of getting a high-end card from it is becoming less and less. A necessary cut.
Sensei's Diving top
Whatttt? I must be crazy dropping this in a colorless deck.
Or am I? It doesn't add up the tempo (it does make for good early curves, however) and if I actually filter, whatever order I put it in.. Kozilek draws 1 more than it anyway.
Still on the fence, probably won't cut though, opinions?
INSemblance AnvilOUTEcho Chamber
Yeah, Semblance anvil made the cut in Karn (like it should IMO) because of the oh-so-many 2 for 1 scenarios or not having a useless artifact in hand. However, this deck draws like a beast and ramps further and further with this card on the board. B-R-U-T-A-L When you're on a roll. Definitely making a come-back in here.
About Walking Atlas and Palladium Myr.
Due to lots of easy burn effects like Sword of Fire and Ice etc I find them to be too risky. If used in early turns they have too much opportunity easily shutting them down, in later turns they need haste.
Mana rocks are IMO way better than both of these.
I was considering Cloud key for it's versatility and would probably always pick artifact with it. Eye of Ugin is awesome but I wouldn't pay 3 for it in artifact form and lose a card spot in the main-deck, hence I feel Urza's Incubator is kind of weak.
Would Crawlspace be a good addition? It would work well with Maze of Ith to limit attackers.
It wouldn't, and.. well, there's a couple of things that go paired with such reasoning.
First of all, Maze of ith can also untap my own Kozilek, butcher of truth and as such not let him get killed by a certain death-touch creature or just a strong blocker but still keep his annihilator trigger! Hence, Maze already does more.
Second, Crawlspace's only addition would be to stop token decks, considering voltron and goodstuffs are not affected by it. If I wanted to stop token decks I should run Ratchet bomb or Engineered explosives instead and solve it all together. And those can get rid of a Mana crypt that might be killing me.
Third, Token decks are usually green. Green has a million ways of destroying it, why even bother?
On the off-chance there's a mid-range-beat-down deck that's winning and I top-deck a Crawlspace, I doubt it will stop it for longer than a turn, and that's probably the best scenario I can get out of it. I actually have a copy of it for quite some time sitting in my "artifact sideboard pile" and I wouldn't even play it in pillowfort
So all-in-all I find it sub-par for what it does and find that there are better options available if I wanted such an effect. Thanks for the suggestion though
Defence Grid as protection, I mean everyone and their mom is going to be holding counters when you start to go ff? Also maybe Winter Orb. Even when not building a full stax-ish deck I think it just benefits us so much more than the opponent when ever it comes out. .
I'ev also been trying to brew a voltron ish deck. I have a feeling Ulamog might be the better option because of indestructible

Defense Grid won't save the deck from counters. They'll just hold that three extra mana or have that extra mana.
when going off it's quite nice but that is way too situation-based for me.
Winter Orb!
Yes, truly a lovely card, perfect for the deck no doubt about it.
Ran it for a while...
People hate me now
I might add it again, lately I'm running a couple of stax variants and people are getting used to it. It would improve the deck, really.
I would remove Temporal Aperture, that card is not competitive and is only there for multiplayer fun. You can add the Mox Opal in it's place and remove a land for Lion's eye Diamond.
I might even say Sensei's divining top isn't as good anymore due to the tempo clock you want to keep. You're not sure that you can get to a control - stage and will only clog your hand/board/ be a cardspot in the meanwhile. If you're truly hardcore, Winter Orb can replace it. And again, this card might even make main-deck too.
Does the tournament use the french banlist and 30 starting life?
If they are, Sundering Titan must make a reappearance in this deck, it will NEVER destroy one of your own lands! Even enemies can't abuse this, p-e-r-f-e-c-t!
Sol ring etc are also banned in the french banlist, but Metalworker isn't, you can look around for some replacements for the other banned cards like Mana crypt by adding some other rocks/Mana-dorks.
A couple of beaters like Wurmcoil Engine would be fine with 30 starting life and 1v1 too.
Keep some golden 1v1 rules in mind too.
Ulamog, the infinite gyre is suddenly a good card for your starting hand.
Always keep up the pressure, don't ever let him relax.
Always have mana ramp in your starting hand.
I don't lose 1v1's often but I do play duel-commander with multiplayer-commander rulings. It's a big difference, tell me how it goes!

I like that you run the non-legendary Eldrazi. I built my version of Kozilek to be Eldrazi tribal. I already have an artifact synergy deck so I sorta changed Juwdah's theme. I'm still heavy on proxies though..
Your post made me try him out last weekend. After a couple games I realized I was a bad pilot for the deck but went ahead and built him ultra combo. My playgroup is heavy combo - sliver queen, animar, teysa arcum, nivmizit. Also my playgroup allows for some proxy cards (mishras workshop)
Additionally I swapped relic of progenitus for scrabbling claws and keening stone for codex shredder because they work better with salvaging station Maybe I have 20 mana and can untap keening stone and activate it 4 times, but I really don't want that to be my best line. I would rather just go infinite on shredder.
