My humble predictions a few days before the release:
-Dumbledore, Sirius and his brother (R.A.B.) are all quite dead.
-Harry is no Horcrux and will survive.
-Neville Longbottom will somehow play an important role in this book, like helping destroying a Horcrux or something.
-Pettigrew and Malfoy(s?) will both play important roles in the "final battle" against Voldemort.
-Ron and Hermione will survive.
-Snape is good. Will be revealed in the last possible moment.
-The Ministry of Magic will temporarly be controlled by the Death Eaters.
I think that Harry is a Horcrux, or at least his scar is. I believe that his head won't go bursting into flames. I believe that when Harry has destroyed all but one horcrux, the scar on his very forehead, the supposed big saviour of the 7th book, Professor Severus Snape will step out of the shadows and into the limelight. He will tell Harry that there is one way to remove his scar.
Stop being a wizard.
To save everything he loves, Hermione and Ron, Ginny, Hogwarts and the wizarding world, he must give up being a wizard after all.
i heard on the news that a guy has put up the final harry potter book up on a web site. does anyone know what website it is or what happens at the end?

Yes and yes, but I'm not telling you nor am I posting anything spoilerish here. The lawyers for the publishing companies have scrambled to remove all the posts on Photobucket and from a BitTorrent site called Pirate Bay, so you're most likely not going to find the manuscript anywhere on the internet anymore.
If you want to know some published spoiler info, do a search on Yahoo/Google. There is a newspaper that ran a news story about the leaks, and actually published a few of them (much to the chagrin of many Potter fans).
Or you can wait the whole 56 hours till the book comes out (at least for me on the West Coast), and you can read all 784 pages and find out the normal way.
The "leaked" pages are pretty obviously faked. Some copies of the book have been shipped early, but people only started getting them yesterday (Tuesday). All of the so called leaks online were around before then, and are therefore fake. Also they look pretty badly photoshopped.
Get a f***ing muggle! I'm sure Jason Bourne/Black Mamba/Cottonmouth/California Mountain Snake/Snake Charmer... (or any real professional assassin) could put a cap in his head pretty easily. Through out the entire series I've been annoyed that no wizards use muggle technology which is far more advance than any BS magic. They moving pictures, we have feature films and video games. We win any way you count it.

While this is certainly an amusing way to look at things, it should be noted that Voldemort's method of cheating death does so regardless of whether the death is magical or mundane.
Quite frankly, if Voldemort had any real sense he'd just stay dead until Harry dies of old age and then come back to life. If Harry is the only one that can kill Voldemort, then it's a foolproof plan.:p

Have you looked at the leaked pages? Its fairly obvious that the cover was just printed out and taped onto a different book. Also, the leaked pages end on a page number different than the one announced by the publisher.
In "Half-Blood Prince" Rowling makes it clear that Voldemort can control reanimated corpses when Harry and Dumboldore go to retrieve the Horcrux
Rowling said that Dumbledore is definatly dead; but on the set of one of the movies, she mentioned to Daniel Radclife that Dumbledore was giving her some trouble in book 7; despite his actual death.
And of course Harry having to "kill" his hero and father figure would be a great way to prepare him for the task of killing Voldemort.
I'm not really buying into the "Harry Dies Theories;" but I'm not ruling it out
But since Stifle is maybe a bit 'meaner' of the two, enough folkstotal ☺☺☺☺ing crybabies would whine, they probably won't do it. I wouldn't worry to much about it.
