I love Joboman, Poggy, Niv, and Vezok, because, while they may not be the best players, they still try to win. Having fun is the most important thing to a game, but I've learned that if you don't try to win, then you're ruining everyone else's fun.
Alright, so make recently IRL weeks, or several pages back. Recently didn't mean past couple IRL days, recently dates back probably as far as a time during yesterday in game.
I am quite confused about Loran / AI. My gut says they're scum, and even has a way in which it is quite possible, AND Flavourful for that to exist. But my head says they're townie.
I still, even after his claim and map-ness, and such, i still get a suspicious feeling off of him. I dont quite know why, but i just dont like his play thusfar.

If Loran/AI are scum they almost deserve to win simply by being ballsy enough to try the day 1 scum-mason gambit.
There's like no chance they are scum, though. Why would a scum DYH push to get his scum buddies to claim on day two when they are planning on claiming masons? That's something you want to save as scum to claim only when you know there aren't actually town masons in the game. It's not something you force out of a scum buddy early on.

Hmmm, that appears to be some of the most concrete evidence that exists in support of the fact they would be town>>>>>>>>>scum.
Claiming mason with an SK and goodness knows what kind of watching/tracking abilities still on the loose is the best evidence they're town. I agree with goat that if they did that and they're scum, they probably deserve the win. That they voluntarily gave up a couple of items last night is another sign they're not scum. Seriously, they are not on the table.
The list of probable scums has been narrowed down to just a few. Coupled with multiple confirmatory night abilities, and it looks like we are finally set to start killing those bastard scums.
Ill be honest with you, at this point my re-read has kinda stalled.
I read up to 57, and i seem to be unable to gather the will to read the past 10 at the moment. Ill get on it tonight / tomorrow.
Sorry

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.
@Dagger: I fear that will just stagnate things more...and this is coming from myself, who has been less than active sadly.
i'm willing to wait a bit for him, but not until the deadline.

Chimp, use the sword on anyone you like who you think is scum. I'll be using the galleons likewise to try and detect someone who has something they shouldn't.
Who, besides spot, started the game with no items?
I started the game with no items. I now possess the Galleons (Good Times!). I will be using them as well.

I think they are avoiding the weakest wagon in Mafia history.
I think they are avoiding the weakest wagon in Mafia history.
It may be weak, but there's nothing better. As long as their is a majority, someone will get lynched, unless everyone started to vote no lynch.
With 9 people left, there's a lot of people that won't be lynched:
Goat
Kraj
Chimp
Loran
AI
As a result, only 4 lynch targets remain
SpotofPrey
Dagger
RafK
Some One
I don't really consider myself an even remotely decent lynch target, and that leaves SpotofPrey, Dagger, and RafK. As a result of the fact that several scum are still alive, it seems as though all 3 would be scum, or at least Spot for that matter. If you come up as town, the Town will need to re-evaluate a possible scum gambit going on, but otherwise, there's only 2 other viable lynch targets at this point, so we shall see what happens over your dead body.
Thus, when you are dead, the town can figure out what items to use on who in order to determine the scum.
If you are really that unconvinced (which it seems everyone is) then No Lynch doesn't seem like a terrible option here.
I think no lynch is a terrible option. Say the last scum are among Some One/RafK/Dagger/Spot. We simply win by lynching one of those players every single day for the rest of the game. If we no lynch, we screw that up and needlessly give ourselves a chance to lose.

Or, we could just continue to mislynch based on crappy reasoning.
You can't be serious thinking that it is reasonable for the town to give up basically the one thing it has. The town, via the process of elimination, can deduce the only possbilities of who can be scum. As a result, because it is so closely narrowed down, given the fact that there's probably 3 or 4 scum remaining and only really 4, maybe stretching it to 5 possible people that can be scum (I know I'm not scum) it really isn't that bad of an idea to lynch you.
Unless the masons are scum, you, Spot have to be scum given that I am town and SB is town. As a result, for it to be said that lynching you is bad, that must implicate either the masons into a scum gambit or at least one of me and SB. It is entirely possible you are town, but I personally doubt it.
Really, I guess you could say that lynching RafK could be more correct, considering he comes up as scum in almost all lists, but if you are both scum, which I believe you are, it doesn't much matter who dies first.
@ Anyone who can answer - how do items stack? For example, if the sword is used on RafK and RafK uses the galleons on person X, what will get destroyed?
The galleons happen at the very beginning of the night, before anything else gets done.
If Y galleons X, and Z swords Y, they will destroy the item the galleons swapped for. At least, that is my understanding.
Alright, so if RafK is in fact the scum I believe he is - swording him will find determine whether or not he passed or used, or didn't for that matter, the galleons as well as what he obtained.

This is the third or fourth time you have reiterated that you are town, relatively unprovoked.
Your statement also doesn't mean anything. Let me turn it around-
"Unless the masons are scum, you, Some One have have to be scum given that I am town and SB is town."
Really, I guess you could say that lynching RafK could be more correct, considering he comes up as scum in almost all lists, but if you are both scum, which I believe you are, it doesn't much matter who dies first.
If it's more correct, why not do it?
Lets examine your logic here. If:
I am scum
Raf is scum
Then you are right, the lynch order doesn't matter.
I am town
Raf is scum
The lynch order certainly does matter. If the general thought is that Raf is scum, and you even think he has a higher probability of being scum, why not lynch him first? Why not take every numerical advantage we have, in a game that is (seemingly) still close? It doesn't matter if I am possibly lying about my ability, I have a horcrux.
Add all of this, on top of the fact that there isn't a case on me, at all, the fact that thread activity has plummeted, and that there are better targets by your own admission. Lynching me is a scum directed mislynch at worst, and town negligence at best.
Feel free to sword me; if I find something, it will get destroyed obv, but that will also publically show that I found something so you won't just have to take my word for it, which is a good thing.
spot is flailing and should be hammered already. The biggest sign is that he tried the no lynch angle, which is always the last bastion of the cornered scum.
Yet, not one person has really come in to say something along the lines of how the case on him isn't weak or how it actually does make sense to lynch him...

You seem a bit petulant about this, rather than being in "ohh shiny" mode. I may have written you off a little bit soon. We'll see once spot comes up scum.
If I'm dead in the morning - and the ressurection stone is around - and SoP is town, ask me, "Can you explain your death?" - if that's even possible. There's a lot to that could be found in that answer - the total confirmation of some people, both town and scum.
It's unlikely this will all happen, but if it does, and the town goes *ehh, what just happened?* I may be able to answer it.
O and @ RafK - your past 2 posts just seem to be scum distancing from other scum.
I was thinking a lot about this game in chem class again, and it's like - there has to be at least 3-4 scum remaining, and only 5 people aren't confirmed. Thus, as I said before, if there are only 3 scum remaining, lynching town spotofprey still gives the town the win. However, with 4 scum remaining, lynching town spotofprey is going to be very bad...

Alright, well, being that it has to be a yes or no question, I'm not exactly sure what you could ask me, or anyone else.
But, if I'm dead, 2 individuals can be 100% confirmed town. Dagger would be the first. Second would be RafaelK. Raf's claim doesn't clear him at all, and seems the most ambiguous of all the other claims so far.
