MW had quite a temper, which constantly got him in trouble, and it finally got the better of him. That's pretty much all there was to it.
I'd work on a few more things online, but my wrist is starting to hurt, so... seems like I'm on the comp 90% of my time these days. I'd like to make a new sig for myself, but I need to take a break.
BTW, Al, I downloaded the first part of the MP3s, and I like it. Of course, it's the one that has Tank and all the anime stuff in it, so I might be a little bit biased.
Mr. Stuff, not to bug you.. but did you ever get that episode of Champloo ripped? *hopes*
How is everybody doing this evening? I've been busy reading up on the new appliances and doing laundry and random stuff. Also, I'm in the process of upgrading my computer so that mabey I can play WOW. My good friend moved, and we figured it would be a good way for us to do something together.

I tried downloading Volume 1 a while back and my download disappeared on me. I'm trying again right now. It should only take about another half an hour on this connection.
I'm looking forward to some time off tomorrow. Yay.
Sorry it disappeared. My website can be a bit odd though. I hope you like it.
@Alacar : I hope to build this online, most of the cards we are missing are good deck building material anyways. I may start putting some money into the account. Even though you bought it from me, you do let me use it...so it is only fair.
Ooh, that deck looks awesome. The hardest card to get? Crucible of Worlds. At least it's hard to get IRL--that might have to do with the fact that they're AWESOME in Legacy.
Howdy Wred_... My name's Omna, one of the humble co-owners of the place.... but you can certainly feel free to call me by my first name Danica.... Nothing new here. Work stinks, even more so now that I have to change my trip around. Apparently, that nice old Japanese lady Shazzy was going to beat-up for me, is going out of town around the days I wanted to go on vacation. And she probably already has her tickets or whatever.
So, I might be going a week or so later or earlier. I'm still gonna have to get the details worked out. But I'm hoping everything gets squared away.
Oops, sorry. It's World of Warcraft. This addictive little online game.
Stupid me. World of Warcraft! Its a nice game. But here in the philippines, we play Defense of the Ancients (DOTA) more. Its addictive too. My favorite there is Morted, the Phantom Assassin.^_^

~sips at his coffee~
Earthbound was this quirky little rpg with alot of Japanese humor in it. I picked it up when I was like 13 and I'm 99% certain it was the first game I ever bought with my own money. The music in it was awesome (Funky Bookas in Vol. 1, Bound Together in Vol. 4 for samples, Alacar is the man for putting those together btw). The story was absurd but enjoyable. It came in this HUGE box cause it came with a strategy guide. It also came with these scratch and sniff stickers that smelled HORRIFIC.
I guess I like it so much cause it was a huge piece of my childhood. Every single one of my friends played it cause I lent it to all of them. It was bigger than FFIII(6) at my school, mostly because of my passing it around. I still have my original cartridge, although the box and guide became dogfood years ago. I also have the ROM version for ZSNES and I play that version now, as my SNES AC adapter bit the dust last year, after a good 15 year run.
~pauses for a bit to enjoy his coffee :D~
Anywho, a little about myself. Well, I'm 23. I play alot of Magic, just finished 31st out of 239 at Boston Regionals. I'm from a small town in Maine and I spend most of my time on the internet cause there's nothing else to do.
Welcome to the coffeehouse wred! I hope you will enjoy your stay here.
Well everyone i am going to go to bed soon. See you all tommorrow when i get back from work. Have a great night everyone and take care and best wishes to you all. *hugs and blows kisses to everyone* I also think this summer is going by fairly fast at least for me anyway. see you all tommorrow. Goodnight everyone.

Kraj, I'm not sure when you'll see this, but I wanted to ask - any news about the housing situation? You didn't seem especially worried about it when you mentioned it. I hope it doesn't become a matter of any greater concern.

All that I yearn for, for richer or poorer, is to be the light that you see. All that I yearn for, for richer or poorer, is to be the peace that you feel. All that I yearn for, for richer or poorer, is to fill your heart on my own.
But the rainbow is an image of hope for many reasons, as it is a brilliant sight coming out of oftimes dismal weather.
(Funky Bookas in Vol. 1, Bound Together in Vol. 4 for samples, Alacar is the man for putting those together btw).
Why thank you, Wred. Those songs WERE suggested by Mortal Wombat during his Regular of the Week, and they are great songs.
Also.. I forgot to mention that the songs are not put together in chronological order; they're ordered by style/genre. That's why all the comedy's on one CD and etc etc. Please look at the Waffle Iron Chronicles as a series of music CDs, not just .zips of music files. Please listen to them in order. I mean, the first track of the first volume is the theme to Cheers. That's appropriate for the Coffeehouse, right?
Anyway, sleep for me. I'm gonna have fun working from 6am-2pm.
Ahh interesting, Wred_ ... Sounds like a good game.... Sounds kind of like me and "Mickey's Space Adventure" for me... as far as recalling childhood goes, anyway!! Does anybody remember an old Apple game called Dr. Livingston or Dr. Livingstone, I presume or Searching for Dr. Livingston? Something like that?? I don't know, it used to be on an old Mac computer at school.... a little past the era of the original Oregon Trail Man, those games were old.... I miss computer games... Used to play 'em all the time when I was a kid.... What about the California Raisins game on MS-DOS? I dunno, maybe I'm an old fogey
Seriously tho, Wred_, I'm 22, and congratulations on the nice finish in Regionals... I wish I could have gone, but I'm honestly not much of a constructed player, more of a limited player myself... Only been playin' Magic for about a year and a half now...
Good to see you here Mamelon! I hope things are going well for you now.... as well as for Kraj too! Our thoughts go out to you my friend! I echo Mamelon's sentiments that I hope you've managed to find another place!
Cecelia.. Don't even SAY that this summer's going by fast... I don't want it to.. and its not even the end of June yet... and speaking of which, not even the point of my first deadline for the Senior Thesis... (which is June 25, by the way) Tomorrow I plan to work on it some more... get some citations in, and read up about APA style for citing references and stuff... I'm determined to do it right this time.... Hey Stuffsy-boy, do you know how it works if you're citing a DVD that a book is based on, but essentially the same information is in the book/DVD/both places.... which would you cite, the DVD or the book???
Tomorrow, my friend is coming over in the morning to drop off the TV for my usage this summer...I'm so excited, cuz I finally can play videogames without my mom *****in' me out, as well as watching movies if I feel like it, and which will help me do my thesis as the thesis is strongly affiliated with two movies, which I will be needing to watch rather repeatedly.
I'd like to bring up as well, a quick nod to my dear dear friend Alacar "Ally" (careful, only I get to call him that!! :D) Leoricar aka Chris French, has gone to an awful lot of intensive work to obtain and organize the Waffle Iron Chronicles (in Post #2, peeps!).. ALL FOUR VOLUMES, for our listening enjoyment! He's done a pretty damn good (not to mention spiffy!) job at this, and I would just like to see some appreciation and commendations going his direction for all the hard work he's put forth. Also, a little known fact is that he did NOT do them chronologically but rather grouped them according to type and song, I believe (correct me if I'm wrong, kiddo!)... So yea, appreciate the man
As for me, I just finished clearing off my old red table for that TV that's coming tomorrow... I'm so excited, and I finally got that ancient computer (ok, not THAT old.. Windows 95) out of my room and into a box in the garage... Don't get me wrong, it works, but this room can only stand 2 computers at the moment, one active, one inactive, and gathering dust in the corner The former space taken up by the old computer will be replaced by the new TV and my PS2... After that it'll be clearing out my suitcase, organizing my drawers so I can actually go to my drawer (instead of my suitcase) for clothes... You see, the summer has barely begun, I haven't begun unpacking yet!
Anyway, good to see everyone posting again, I'll probably post tomorrow... (and good news, I'll be able to post more frequently without fear of missing a message cuz the TV'll be in here... squeee so excited!)
Wow, I feel bad for not really posting at all, even now that I have time. I guess I was just kind of disconnected from the 'House when I was gone, and I truthfully don't care as much anymore. I feel like maybe my life is kind of going in a new direction right now, even though nothing major has changed, so don't expect me to post that often anymore. Sure, I'll drop in and reply to things or explain what is going on in my life, but I don't really feel like I need to say every single thing that is happening to me or reply to everything that is posted anymore. It's not anything personal to any of you, just a stage in my life I think.
Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great start to their summers. I sure am. It's nice and hot over here in California, and I finally have time to relax and enjoy life, at least for the next few weeks. Oh, and...
Hi breastlings or coffeehouse, whichever you choose, I think I will have a glass of chilled milk please and some donuts, I'm in a Homer Simpson mood.
@ Breasts, well I'm with shazzy on this one, I love them and the name of this place does'nt deter me, nice title for the place, please don't call the next thread boiled cabbage however.
@ Hunter, its sounds like you enjoyed you're games day at the weekend, I spent the weekend with friends getting drunk and playing on the Wii, as for you're date, yep still jealous.
@ FFX-2, yep got 3 versions of it, really like the game, found it incredibly easy though, my favourite outfit is Ladyluck, as for the 3 versions I have, got the US version, UK version and the uber cool Jap collector's edition, as for FFXII, absolutely love this game, glad I have my collector's editon, hehehe I love collector's edition's of everything.
Finally Myta, glad to see you have took up listening to a similar genre of music to me, I'd suggest you get yourself the Once album by Nightwish, infact they are releasing a new album in the upcoming month's with their new vocalist, since Tarja Tarunen left, awww. However I listen to some obscure music like the track I'm currently listening to...
*Currently listening to - Nymphetamine by Cradle of Filth*
Hi LD *waves at the computer monitor* Haven't seen you in a long while; I was starting to get worried. How are you?
Anyway, yeah, I love HIM, Nightwish and Epica the most. I'm also into emo bands like Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance and Taking Back Sunday. Their songs bring me back to earth, really they do.
ARGH MY LIMEWIRE ISN'T WORKING!
Anyway, it was the first day of class today in Ateneo and I have this teacher who has slashes on her left arm. I find it cool, though a part of me calls her eccentric. My friend from the higher batch said that arm-slashing is common because of the stress. Why don't they take coffee or mint instead? Sheesh.
English and Lit were great, and I hope it'll stay like that for the rest of the school year. ^^
What else? Um... Zoology was boring... well, the prof is, but the zoology class is great. My other crush is there, and my best friend is there, and my ex is NOT there so it's pretty good.
Anyway that's it.
Oh, just for the record, LD, good luck with looking for Asians.
The new vocalist (Anette Olzon) is not bad, but definately not Tarja. She kinda makes the band sound like Within Temptation, and I do not think she blends with Marco very well. The release "Eva" is a good song, but feels more like a pop ballad than a Nightwish song. The samples of other songs released with it are ok, "7 Days to the Wolves" stands out the most and promises to to be really good.
I'm writing those songs down. What album is "Wish I had an Angel" from again? I don't remember.
@kraj: I hope everything works out the best for you kraj.
@alacar: yeah i remember working from 7am to 3pm which is almost just as bad and yeah its not fun at all especially when your used to not waking up early.
I just wanted to say good morning or good evening to you all. Ill probably post sometime later tonight after i get some sleep for a couple of hours after coming home from work see you all soon though. *hugs and blows kisses* Have a good one everyone.
Love,
Cecilia

It was on; Once and Highest Hopes. Allso on the Alone in the Dark soundtrack, and is featured in another movie I cannot remember. It had a single release as well.
Welcome to the 'house, Wred! Good to see you. This is a nice place full of friendly people, so I hope you like it here =)
As for Earthbound, it's one of my all-time favorites. I remember buying it when I was young and being blown away by the huge cardboard box it came in. The strategy guide was awesome, if only for the clay/cloth art inside. I lost that years ago, unfortunately, but I still break out the ol' cartridge every once in a while and give Giygas and Pokey a good whoopin'.
But now I wanna play Mother 3. In English. On a console. *Sigh*
Today was a little eventful already. Josh had to drive to a hospital some ways away to drop off some things for one of his clients - I won't discuss the details in case he isn't comfortable with it - and I went with him. It was a nice drive; I spent some time levelling in Pokémon Diamond, since it's all I can do these days >_<;;
Now I have a lot of campaign stuff to catch up on. I still have a lot of work to do for the wikispaces for both Wasted City and Broken Mandala and a lot of maps and soundtrack entries to get to.
I remember being crushed the day Earthbound 64 was axed It looked so cool, and I totally didn't mind having to buy a 64DD to play it either... Oh well, such is life.

It's so strange to think that the 64DD is what the Playstation was supposed to be. I know that if it had gone through, the N64 would have gone from being a flop console to the must-own unit in Japan and America. At least Nintendo's recovered in a huge way =)
Still, they'll release Big Brain Academy and Cooking Mama over here, but not a sequel to one of their most popular North American titles. Boo, Nintendo. Boo.
Mornin' everyone! Welcome to you Wred since I'm pretty sure I never said that to you before!
Just got my new DS today and the first thing I did is test my Wi-Fi connection and shazam it works! Now if I can only find someone for trade-tradeback so I can get my Graveler, Machamp, and get my Alakazam later... along with all the other trade-only Evo pokemon. Plus, if I could, I'd like to get a few special pokemon to start a different team but fun theme team!
Otherwise, its been kind of a bore here. Helped a friend with his Xbox 360 problem, played a bit of Forza 2, more pregnancy talk with another friend... kinda getting into that typical summer quiet we get here. I hate that summer quiet.
Edit: Yes... I'd kill for english non-fantrans Mother 3 too. But I think we're gonna have to live with what we get. Sadly...
I dunno if I'd call the N64 a flop console. Sure it didn't sell as well as one in the past, but Goldeneye was HUGE. All of my friends had one, but that might be more a statement about how geeky my friends are than how good the system was.
Thanks Crimson, Greetings to you

I'm writing those songs down. What album is "Wish I had an Angel" from again? I don't remember.

*Sigh*
Today was a little eventful already. Josh had to drive to a hospital some ways away to drop off some things for one of his clients - I won't discuss the details in case he isn't comfortable with it - and I went with him. It was a nice drive; I spent some time levelling in Pokémon Diamond, since it's all I can do these days >_<;;
Still, they'll release Big Brain Academy and Cooking Mama over here, but not a sequel to one of their most popular North American titles. Boo, Nintendo. Boo.
Sadly...
Thanks Crimson, Greetings to you
