They say a picture can be worth a thousand words, and for this series, that middle screenshot says it all. Yes folks - that's a chainsaw. The series focuses on a boy who dies and is subsequently brought back to become the princess's servant, along with his (still living) sister, and it contains a fairly good comedy element. Oh, did I mention she has a chainsaw? Chainsaw = good.
Just to be sure, is Monster Princess based off of the Manga Princess Resurection? I'm a little confused.
One thing I want to ask you about another work from the same genera: Do you know if there is an english translation of Shikabane Hime (Corpse Princess)? I heard it's really good stuff.
Wow, not a lot of activity today. But then again, it's still early in the morning.

Heh, I used to have a grudge against ManU, mainly because they beat Palmeiras in the World Finals in the late-nineties. Right now, I don't think there's a team I like better than the others in England - I just like to watch good football.
@Alacar - I like your card, but I'm usually fonder of less wordy designs. In that particular case, I don't think it really needs cycling - it may very well end up in the grave either way. And if you did remove cycling, I think it could cost a bit less.

Yep, it's the adaptation of the Princess Resurrection manga. As for Shikabane Hime - Link - it doesn't look like it so far. You might be able to find an ep of Monster Princess (Kaibutsu Oujo) on Youtube, since it's fairly new.

@Anime - I know I asked this here a while ago (and Mr. Stuff said he wasn't into the more "mainstream" anime :p), but is anyone here into Death Note? It gets better and better with every episode. Plus, Raito/Kira is an AWESOME white-alligned villain (although he develops some black traits as the story goes on).
@Alacar - I like your card, but I'm usually fonder of less wordy designs. In that particular case, I don't think it really needs cycling - it may very well end up in the grave either way. And if you did remove cycling, I think it could cost a bit less.

SO. I just found out that I need to take an Incomplete in my Senior Thesis in Communications course..... this means that there is a very high possibility that i will NOT be graduating this spring.. .which is making me FREAK OUT because of the amount of work my parents are putting forth to come visit (my dad is DRIVING from Oregon, and my mother is flying from Oregon as well)..... I'm so scared and nervous about this..... On top of this, Ryan will not be here for Fall Quarter due to a double block (Six month) job in Massachusetts... Well, if I need to retake this course, I may end up staying at RIT for one more quarter.... I just dearly dearly hope this means I can graduate on time.

Well, I gave it cycling so it's an easy way to pitch it (and a creature) to the graveyard but I could take it off and make it :1mana::symw::symw:.
As for the graveyard ability, I don't want you to be able to just slap it on the same creature without an extra cost. Maybe I'm overcosting it and it's fine.

SO. Don't worry about it so much. I personally had to take an incomplete in another class for similar reasons my senior year, and was able to finish the project in question my last quarter before I graduated. I had friends that started college the same quarter as myself who were amazed when I graduated before them. I did manage to pull it off in 4 years, but just barely, and only by taking three harrowing 20-hour quarters in a row. Plus, if my personal experience is relevant at all, parents are the most forgiving people in the world. I had a full tuition scholarship and $2500 a year toward room and board - and lost it a little over halfway through, due to some emotional issues on my part. They stuck with me, though, despite the additions to loans and extra financial burden with no guaranteed return. Once I got over what I was going through, I was able to pull it together and still graduate, and now I have that degree sitting on my shelf. So don't fret - as long as you stick with it and don't give up, you've already won half the battle. It's perfectly fine if it takes you an extra quarter or so - you'll be in the majority.
poor Omna...that sucks. I hope everything works out, I really do. Nothing is worse than feeling like that, like a failure. It's okay, though, you'll get it finished and you'll graduate, even if it's not on time, okay?

@omna - I know it can be frustrating to keep waiting to graduate, but take it from my example. When I was majoring, I couldn't wait until I finally put College behind me. Nowadays, however, I'm able to see that in my rush I missed good opportunities I could have had to extend my studies. College is definitely one of the best learning environmnts one could ever wish for.
About your parents, I figure the best would be to warn them that you may not be graduating in time. I don't know how your relationship with them is, but it's always good to avoid surprises.
Here is a UG control-semi aggro deck that i have been working on for casual. Its meant to control the early to late game with countermagic and with board sweepers like powder keg and nevin's disk. Then it wins the late game with some big creatures and possibly with some little creatures as well like the tokens and conclaves.
@Cecilia: Cool deck, I like the one-ofs thing with the creatures. Though can I suggest Enormous Baloth replaces Scaled Wurm?

I just like the counter and draw and the board sweepers then win in the late game with big or even small creatures. Hopefully i can get some of those Enormous Baloth though which i probably can if i buy more 9th which i am planning on it soon.

Oh i am doing good just glad i dont have work today i worked 8 hours each day for 3 days straight. I had a cold for a couple of weeks but i think its finally subsiding which is good. It wasnt too bad to begin with but i never liked having a cold even if its not that bad considering in theory it could be alot worse. I am doing fine though. Glad your doing good as well and goodluck to you shadowfox!
