Similar to Chromatic Sphere and Chromatic Star but double the costs and double the output (but not double the card draw). I wonder if this card can play any role in the kinds of decks that use those two other cards.
Both are "you get out what you put in" (i.e., mana fixing, technically storage if you're willing to wait a turn, and a cantrip).
I could see this in Eggs decks in Commander. Most artifacts don't give a damn what color the mana is anyway.
Like all cantrips, this does grant card advantage with Alhammarret's Archive. And like all cards that tap for mana, this benefits from Mana Reflection. And like all capsules with CMC less than 3, it can be part of a Sun Titan package.
