Dude. Isn't it a bit op for commander? Green can meet this 12 mana way easier than other colors, I can only imagine fetching a craterhoof with this...

"If X is 10 or more, creatures you control get +X/+X and gain haste until end of turn."

But yeah, if you have 12 mana, this basically is like how I play Cathars' Crusade and Increasing Devotion, but with haste!

Or an AOZ with a haste enabler. Imagine copying this and fetching Urabrask

1. Ramp to 10 and play a Rhythm of the Wild
2. Play Finale of Devastation for 10 to draw an Ilharg, the Raze-Boar
3. Ilharg, the Raze-Boar drags out God-Eternal Rhonas
4. Your 34/34 Trample Ilharg charges in with the rest of your board (e.g. a 1/1 becomes a 22/22)
5. Opponent GGs

Man, Settle is such a fun card but not at all what control needed. Control is supposed to be weak to aggro, but this set will make control the dominant archetype for next year and change. UWx is gonna be unstoppable.

Reminds me of a game I had a couple of weeks back in Standard. This guy was playing Hostage Taker control but he had ran out of cards in hand. I played Kicked Harambe for game.

I never said that it is a high winrate play, only a fun one. If you want to just win, play RDW, tempo blue or some heavy meta control deck. That said, there is going to be a stompy deck that utilizes Rhythm of the Wild, Ulharg, and Rhonas (probably tier 2).

Well, most of the time it's a worse Green Sun's Zenith, so not bad? The second ability is really just a win-more, but I can see this getting played in Standard and Commander for the tutor ability. I can't picture it competing with Chord of Calling in modern, though.

It can also revive from graveyards.

Better than Green Sun imo, it can search for any colour creature.

Why "and/or"? Does this mean you can get two creatures?

Couldn't it be interpreted as "Search your library for a creature card and search your graveyard for a creature card"? Finale of Promise makes it more clear that you're searching for up to to cards.

I'm still not sure whether you'll be able to search two creatures (one from the graveyard and one from your library) but I think it's a possibility for rule interpretation.

It means you can search your library, or you can search your graveyard, or you can search your library and your graveyard. You can get one creature.
