Pretty good card. At the lowest level, killing three 1-toughness targets for 3 mana is fairly decent, while this scales up fast (e.g. killing three 3-toughness targets for 5 mana or three 5-toughness targets for 7 mana)
I don't know if it will be top tier, but a mono-black deck with Cabal Stronghold could be really powerful in the coming meta. Way back when, we had Buried Alive decks and this could provide a similar function if you can get enough mana.

Jeez, this one is good even at X=1. Possibly the best finale even without the X=10+ clause.

Man, so, 12 mana gives you three Murders (Yeah, I know, they're more like Searing Wind.) and a Rise of the Dark Realms?
