Another way multicolor is designed: If both colors can do the card, you can print the card for cheaper. It's the Watchwolf principle: Normally a +1/+1 counter for each creature costs 3(G/W), and Folk Medicine costs 2G flashback 1W. You can get both (minus the flashback) on the same card for only three mana, if it's in two colors.

This is going to be able to do disgusting things with March of the Multitudes and Grateful Apparition. You could use this to build a really powerful wide board in standard. If they reprint something like Doubling Season, it would be even better.
