I do think Vampire Cutthroat didn't really change any formats while also being stronger than this one.

Not thrilled with this having haste. How many monoblack creatures have haste??

If anything I'd say it's a bit pushed, since a 1/1 with lifelink normally costs (W/B), and a 1/1 with haste normally costs R. At least at common.

Perfect fit for my EDH Karlov deck!
