Okay... as much as I dislike Amass as a mechanic, this card may legitimately see some use. A smaller Plaxmanta that protects you and your noncreature permanents is decent.

While I wouldn't call it a blue Heroic Intervention by any stretch, it may see some sideboard use against mono-red in standard.

Even in something more like a Modern Bolas tribal deck, this has some use. Gives you a body and can stuff spells designed to mess up the board state you are carefully trying construct.

Put this on Isochron Scepter and begin the raging...

Of course there are better options, but that's still a rage worthy option. And last I checked, the best decks have multiple win-cons, so this is a worthy inclusion. Giving YOURSELF in addition to your permanents hexproof is pretty dang huge, in all honesty.

If you're gonna do that, just put Silence on Isochron Scepter and rock Teferi, Time Raveler or Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (the former, once it's out). "Hope what ya got on the board is enough, 'cause you're never casting another spell!"
