Based on the template of the others and what we know of the story, I'm going to guess something along the lines of: "Her triumph came not from breaking her contract, but by keeping her oath."
The card is bonkers for constructed eternal formats. Look at it this way, diabolic edict is a stable in legacy control and tempo decks and this card is straight up better. The thing that has been holding other edict effects from seeing play is the sourcery speed. This card not only is instant, it doesn't target the player (the stuff like leyline of scantity) but it also has the bonus controling a Liliana effect. In legacy I expect this to complete remove diabolic edict from play, in modern, I am less sure about its power but I feel like it is playable, a very flexible card to answer stuff that push could not answer (i.e Germag angler and Boggles.) Diabolic edict was a card I thought might to powerful for modern horizons, and they are printing this in a standard set. Also carnage tryant is dead in standard.
