-3: Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand.

-8: Exile the top ten cards of your library. Put all artifact cards from among them onto the battlefield.

Well, this is kind of terrifying in the right deck. If you toss it down and immediately throw down a free artifact creature to defend it (or Ugin/Karn), you are in a really solid place.

So, a keyword, supposedly 8 on the storm scale, comes back. I mean, at least it's not giving artifacts affinity for artifacts.

And no reminder text. (We assume players recognize a keyword from 15 years ago.)

I'm thrilled by the lack of reminder text. Unfortunately, I doubt it was a step away from reminder text and instead was an unavoidable result of the text already being really small because there's so many words on this card.

That passive and +2 are both insane. The +2 especially can end games really quick, even in formats like commander.
