Wishclaw Talisman enters the battlefield with three wish counters on it.
1, T, Remove a wish counter from Wishclaw Talisman: Search your library for a card, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. An opponent gains control of Wishclaw Talisman. Activate this ability on during your turn.

Posted Sep 9, 2019The real combo is Aven Mindcensor but c'mon can you imagine getting 3 wishes guaranteed, then wishing for cards to recur and get more wishes?

Posted Sep 10, 2019- Sacrifice it in response to its ability (e.g. Thopter Foundry, basically Goblin Welder).
- Destroy it after using it (e.g. Ancient Grudge, Shattering Spree).
- Bounce it after using it (e.g. Teferi, Time Raveler).
- Use anti-search (e.g. Ashiok, Dream Render).
- Hose its ability while on the opposing side or tutor for a symmetrical hoser (e.g. Karn, the Great Creator, Phyrexian Revoker, Collector Ouphe - Oko, Thief of Crowns hoses in a pinch).
- Tutor for lethal or the last part of an infinite combo.
Note that Wishclaw Talisman tutors for several of these ways to break it.The Modern deck Whirza maindecks 7 or more ways to break this without actually trying.
