what does adventure mean?

It means if you cast the Advneture part (in this case, the sorcery), you exile it and then can cast it from exile whenever you want. It's card advantage, getting a creature and a spell in one draw.

Probably nothing on its own, but with other cards that reference it. Like "Arcane" I figure.

Edit - CORRECTION - If Order of Midnight is an indication it means when you cast the adventure portion you exile the creature and may cast it later from exile. Less useful to get a 1 drop after a 7 drop, but this is a significant change to how good Lovestruck Beast will be.

So, it's either a single-use discount Trygon Predator or 3 2/2s? I don't really see what any of those have to do with each other.

It's just the tale of Goldilocks rummaging through a cottage she finds in the woods and breaking things by mistake (hence the trygon effect) only to find out that the cottage is owned by three bears (a baby, mother, and father) and that she done messed up.
