When Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is equal to or greater than the number of cards in your library, you win the game.

Posted Jan 13, 2020This is one of those rare cards that "is really good in Limited" and in Constructed. Not only that, I'd say it might be even better in Limited as you generally have 33% smaller decks to start with. So, even if you aren't built to take advantage of the win-con, you will trigger it quite often just because the game stalled out a bit. And unlike Constructed, there's virtually no chance your opponent can sideboard a response for games 2 and 3.
