Well...good thing Rally is rotating out!

Would this be too good at instant speed? Probably? I mean it's basically like Anguished Unmaking except you have to sac a permanent instead of losing 3 life. Which can arguably be upside if you actually want to sac something like Hangarback Walker.

edit: Also WOW at this being common. Limited just got super crazy lol.

This could be excellent when you have too many clues to spare mana for in limited.
