Using it the same turn you cast it nets you no mana, and waiting a turn doesn't help your storm count at all, and nets you only the same amount of mana as a Dark Ritual. I'll pass. Not even a good Sun Titan target, its enchantment subtype is apparently meaningless.

Yes. A card that exists. That doesn't take two turns to play and as a result generates tempo rather than stealing it. On a side note, Dark Ritual would be okay in Standard and disgustingly overpowered in modern, and this card is trash for both.

Yeah none of the storm-esque cards spoiled so far in this set "push Storm." At the absolute best it's just a few choice extra options that don't make the archetype any more powerful.
