Epiphany at the Drownyard

Oracle Text
Reveal the top X plus one cards of your library and separate them into two piles. An opponent chooses one of those piles. Put that pile into your hand and the other into your graveyard.
Card Rulings
4/8/2016 X can be 0, and piles can be empty. If X is 0, you’ll reveal one card and one pile will be empty. Your opponent may choose the empty pile to put into your hand.
Takes you 7 mana to get 3 cards.
Fact or fiction lets you pick what you really need, even if you get less cards out of the deal.
But its decent card advantage, and at instant speed, so it could see play if there is a blue deck that wants instant speed draw and has lots of redundancy
Edit: I'm not saying this card is actually good (though it wouldn't surprise me if it's played a lot.) I'm saying that Steam Augury is worse than this.
