Really interesting way to meet delirium requirements. I wonder if there is going to be anything similar to madness but from being milled instead.

This really is a weird one, but I like it. It's not really so much a madness enabler as it is a requirement that you play this with madness though.

I have a hard time seeing this as anything but 1st pick premium removal.
The milling and life loss are irrelevant. Just pretend it's a sorcery that costs BB and says "As an additional cost, discard a card. Destroy target creature." Yeah it's always a 2.5 for 1, but it's cheap and hits anything.

A milled card isn't really a lost resource and 1 life doesn't matter. The only thing you are really losing is the discarded card.

How is milling irrelevant in a set with Delirium? I'm intrigued.
This card is costing the player 5 resources for 1 effect.
