Another Junk rare, if they lowered the cost to 4 mana(4 mana for a 3/3 flier is bad nowadays), and then removed the 3 mana cost for the ability(Discarding a card for 2 1/1 counters is already a poor trade value wise, no need to make it clunky), it would be a fine card.
But this? Junk unfortunately. It could of been something neat though
This looks like the kind of junk that they'd put in a precon. My guesses for precon cards: Nephalia Moondrakes, this trash, Drogskol Cavalry, Flameblade Angel, and Soul Swallower/Sage of Ancient Lore or something they have not spoiled yet for green.
Side note: That guy is badass big :). Look at those towers behind him.
