A red boundless realms?
It's not as good as the original but this is some of the best (battlecruiser) ramp I've seen for mono red decks and the synergy in artifact decks is pretty amazing. Pretty good for EDH.
This isn't a ramp card. It's a combo-win card with Revel in Riches. You play it alongside ramp cards that fetch lands out of your library, like Attune with Aether.
I'm confused by, "ramp cards...like Attune", attune filters your deck, not ramp.
Agreed on the combo card though, casting it for cheap with Baral or other methods seems fun.
