Card Rulings
1/19/2018 To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
This card will be fun in Eldrazi Tron and various other Tron variants.
It already has a home in my Avacyn, Angel of Hope commander deck as jumping from 6 to 7 matters to the deck. White is always looking for card draw, runs very few planeswalkers yet there are a few that causes it problems, and well the +1/+1 on my few creatures doesn't really matter, but is nice given it is strictly a bonus.
My wizards could use it to given at times it swarms the battlefield and love casting multiple spells a turn on multiple players turns. Hosing planeswalkers (which the deck doesn't run) and drawing cards are just strong bonuses.
The card isn't over powered but it does so much that it will see play in commander. Not every card is made for standard, and that is a good thing.
It is very similar to Mirari's Wake, which is a very good card in its own right.
