Why make this an uncommon? Assuming you want creatures this is way too expensive.

I agree that this seems like an uncommon when you read it, but it's just worse than most of the commons. Five mana to bring two back creatures to your hand is a terrible rate. The fact that it's an instant doesn't count for much outside possibly simic. So they just used up one of greens uncommon spots on a card that just not going to end up being playable a lot of the time. If you open the mythic ooze, then this card is good, but I don't think uncommons should be this bad.

Restock, but instead of self-exile, it can only recur permanents. It still avoids loops.

Pretty nice. Instant speed "draw" spell for green. Getting back a couple of planeswalkers could be a big value play. It is very slow however, and you'd expect a 3 for 1 for 5 mana.
