Mothdust Changeling...
EDIT: Alternatively, this could be in an Esper deck for access to Immortal Servitude, Angel of Glory's Rise, etc. Mill yourself at first, then Unburial Rites back the angel and since the second ability can work with summoning sickness, win?
You'd need to mill... (91/12)*4 cards maximum in EDH or (53/12)*4 in standard/modern. Maybe a bit hard to do?
INSERT SELF MILL STRATEGY HERE, dread return by sacing leveler narcomoeba and something else on Angel of Glory's rise to get 20 or 30 of these guys back.
Until then, use your army of 1/3s to block and stall...
Oh and protect it with the wizard who taps a wizard to force spike
And I just realized I need to add Michiko-sama to my Stax decks.
But seriously, great mill card.
Everything gets -1/-1 until end of turn - still alive
Goblin Chainwhirler - still alive
First Strike - probably still alive
These don't even need to attack to win. This will be significantly harder to deal with than rat Pauper decks.
