I don't know how practical it is, but man, this card is hilarious.

This sounds like fun.

Like farting in an elevator and asking "Hey does anyone smell popcorn" to trick people into inhaling, this card has a number of counter-strategies but should still be used just for that one time it works.

This thing will guarantee many victories in Limited.

Enduring Ideal might really like this??

looks like a way to promise you win the game in 9 turns, don't know why r/b would want that slow of a clock, but the card seems really fun...

Reminds me of the time when people where trying to donate Demonic Pact to the opponent with Harmless Offering

I think this card is akin to Cruel Ultimatum, actually. You get immediate effect, since the opponent MUST choose one of the modes during THEIR upkeep. And all of these modes are crippling, similar to how resolving Ultimatum was crippling. If an opponent chooses going down to 4 life, then it's likely you can simply burn them out via Lightning Strike or some other cards. Discarding your hand is pretty obviously bad, as is giving 10 power to your opponent. I'm really quite a fan of this card, even if it weak to enchantment removal. But not too many decks play enchantment removal maindeck.

It's like Demonic Pact but all the choices are bad! I mean, granted, it's not likely to see play in Rakdos aggro, but still...

BTW, is "Marvel villains" Rakdos's new shtick now? Rakdos himself is Thanos, and this is the Green Goblin. (Then again, in Guildpact, they were exactly one DC villain, the Joker.)
