Rakdos is trying to get its own version of Experimental Frenzy without the massive downside. I kinda like this card as a Sideboard option for the Rakdos Aggro deck that's sure to emerge.

Seems pretty great as a way to rebound from sweepers and dire situations. Doesn't hurt you like Phyrexian Arena, and even hides away the cards from your opponent's discard spells. Perhaps an important consideration though, this feeds Kaya's ultimate. If this card were to pick up a lot of steam, that might be something to watch out for. Overall though, this just seems like a sweet way to grind some extra advantage, and heck, even give you reach in a pinch.

An interesting twist on impulse drawing. It shouldn't be too hard to make an opponent lose life.

(In an obnoxious voice) Um, I'd say that what is depicted in more terrifying than horrifying.

This ability is really only slightly worse than just drawing cards since you don't have an end of turn restriction. It's a bit similar to Phyrexian Arena. It also gives you a tiny bit of reach and access to those cards if your board disappears lategame. Not bad.

Consider this also hides your cards from Awaken the Erstwhile.
