A 3/3 for 2 CMC or a 2/2 with haste for 2 CMC are both really, really good.

The fact that a 2 color bear with riot warrants being uncommon should tell you how busted riot is.

Yep the flexibility on this is huge.

Pelt collector + llanowar elves green aggro decks seem to get really good now with a critical mass of creatures that can reliably trigger the pelt collector now and also having a bunch of haste (this and gruul spellbreaker) and hard to remove threats (phoenix, nullhide ferox) that make it quite resistant to sweepers and removal.

A decent beater. I’ll reserve judgment until more Gruul cards are spoiled, but this is promising.
