I love the functional Blightning reprint. It's exactly the sort of thing that's needed in this current format. Watch Golgari and other Mid-Range decks struggle with this card at the top of a Rakdos Aggro deck.

I'm not entirely happy that they explicitly forced Carnival into "Keyword enabling duty" for the guild and made the card kind of miserable when you can't take out a creature, but if we see a lot of first strike in the rakdos guild, Carnival may still find chances to surprise you. Carnage is overcosted Blightning, which isn't bad on a card with options. It's hard to justify just playing this for Carnage if Carnival is bad in a particular metagame due to toughnesses of creatures.
