It's no Sphinx's Revelation, but it doesn't have to be. I'm calling this Mutant Revelation.

2GU for a 2/2 Flying Trample draw 1 card, gain 1 life is pretty good. 4/4 Flying Trample Draw 2 Gain 2 for 4GU is also pretty good. 6UG+ is where the value starts getting degenerate (as it should for that much mana).
The cast trigger instead of ETB is fantastic for managing control decks.
While it's applications in non-rotating formats might be limited, I'm tempted to see what it might be like in some flavor of Tron. If nothing else, it'll assuredly have some time in the sun in Standard.
I think that there's a strong possibility for some sort of Temur Ramp deck, especially with Growth Spiral being spoiled. T2 Spiral into a T3 Circuitous Route is really quite good since you'll be able start casting some pretty massive threats WAY early.
