Interesting. The incubation half is fairly strong, quite an effective creature tutor although in older formats tutors that put a creature directly into play are probably preferred, for some creature based combo decks i could see it being valuable though.

The incongruity half is incredibly weak, basically an overcosted pongify which isn't a great card to begin with. But If you are a creature based combo deck which has minimal slots for interaction it is nice to get some interaction for free on a solid tutor.

Potentially some modern decks might want this but it is probably too weak

Incongruity might see EDH play. It exiles, and a vanilla 3/3 is nothing.

Though I must say, I kinda prefer this effect as an aura, for flavor reasons.

Rapid Hybridization at 3 mana feels kinda bad, but the other half is good enough that this will see play.

Exile removal in Green/Blue is pretty much Duplicant, this card is pretty good and has a solid alternate mode

People are missing the potential power of his card. This card is a pseudo tutor in mono blue for creatures. I can't say whether its good right now for certain, but I can think of some cool uses.
