If you cast a spell this turn, you can't attack with creatures.

If you attacked with creatures this turn, you can't cast spells.

Whenever Preyseizer Dragon attacks, it deals damage to any target equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on Preyseizer Dragon.

As Primal Plasma enters the battlefield, it becomes your choice of a 3/3 creature, a 2/2 creature with flying, or a 1/6 creature with defender.
