Past in Flames, Snapcaster, Summer Bloom, Spellskite, Pestermite, Exarch, Bob, Maelstrom Pulse, Azusa, Scapeshift.
I don't play Legacy or keep up with it, but I'm sure this card is relevant against a lot of cards in that format as well.
