I guess the best you can hope is in legacy to FoW something pitching this. Then intuition for the other 3 and use something to get 1 back from your grave into play. Way too cumbersome of course.

I agree with you, this card is almost impossible to play and win. Waste of a rare slot.

if you play white blue black you can do some of these things to yourself. The problem is how long it takes. Besides, it lets you scry at instant speed, not bad by itself and can't be removed easily.
The exile thing will be the hardest

This card is racking my head on how to win. I came up with using Beckon Apparition and Tormenting Voice.

I wish the scry ability was a bit more economical. Someone is going to make this work, though, I hope.

It would definitely require you to build around it, but it's not as difficult as you people make it seem. Delve is a thing. A combination of self-mill and digging would make it easy to find the copies and put them where you want to. Add a few cards to get them out of the graveyard if you mill too many and protect yourself from an aggressive deck, and you'd be golden.

Does Scrabbling Claws, Hedron Alignment, and Intuition work for T2 or T3 win in Vintage?

T1: Island or Mox Sapphire, play Scrabbling Claws
T2: Ancient Tomb, Hedron Alignment
T3: Cast Intuition during upkeep with Hedron's trigger on the stack?

Let Intuition resolve, find 3 more copies of Alignment into hand, discard two, activate Claws to exile one of them. Let everything resolve - you have one in play, one in graveyard, and one in hand.

T2 possible with Black Lotus and other jewelery
T1: Island or Sapphire, Lotus for UUU, cast Sol Ring, tap for <><>, cast Claws (UU<> remaining), cast Alignment
T2: Cast Intuition during upkeep with Hedron's trigger on the stack as above

Seems easy enough to cast and stay on the board if it does. Getting one into the graveyard early could be accomplished with Taigam's Scheming. Getting one into exile is tough, you could use delve or maybe an Eldrazi deck woukd exile it courteously. Keeping the one in your hand seems really tough...and once two end up in exile you are screwed. In limited this is the worst card in the set probably, wasted space. But I'm sure if mazes end became a deck, so can this.

Might take a bit longer to get this achieved, but Spell Shrivel seems to be what I can find for mono blue standard.
